Great customer service and atmosphere! Nakiyah was very knowledgeable and helped me make a great purchase this afternoon.

Do not shop here, they will sell you defective merchandise and not even allow you to return it (UNUSED!!) for store credit. I've made two purchases from this store, both ended up being defective. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

Visited 07/01/18. Experience was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and presented a customer experience second to none. Selection of items was great and staff recommendations were completely on point. Items purchased functioned as expected. I will return.

So I went to Adam&Eve to purchase my first time purchasing something and it was a wonderful experience when I first came through the door Nakiyah was the best person to have help you she will very much educate you so that you will purchase the right thing. She will tell you what will be the best product for what you are looking for she showed me so many things so that I could find the perfect thing to take home. I would recommend everyone to go see her that is the best location.

Great visit. Ruby and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ruby was able to answer any question I had and was very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Store was clean and well organized. Will be back next time I'm in town.

Incredible staff. Seriously INCREDIBLE!! They are the most professional and knowledgable ladies I've ever met in the industry. They gave my husband and I useful tips and suggestions and we left ready to try out some new things :)

Dropped in on them, bored on a Friday night. The facility was super clean, stocked and organized. But customer service is always the #1 thing I look for and they delivered. I had the pleasure of talking with Sarah and Lex and they were both courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me find some VERY fun products. Could not recommend them enough!

Not LGBT friendly. The people who work there were laughing & watching me the whole time I was there. Felt bad and uncomfortable because I was the only customer. Very disrespectful!

The one I got "turn off the lights"? I used it once I got home. Lol it smelled so bad, I don't think it would attract a crackhead Smelled like cheap Jovan musk.
The other phermone smelled like Boudussy.

I didn't venture out too far into the store, but it's has a variety of things.

It said 10 percent off and a free gift on adam and eve rdu's site on items over 25 dollars once arrived they said there was nothing they could do it was corporate not them even though I showed them the site with pictures of their store clearly saying come in and receive it.

I came in last night, 6/30/18. Can I say that, the entire staff is friendly, but I have never met anyone like Nakiyah, I purchased the Hemp Infused massage oil! She was so knowledgeable. It made me feel so relaxed! She was very open, knocked me out my comfort zone, and made me feel open to ask anything. Much better experience than the other stores I ve been to locally. If you are in Raleigh, shop at Adam and Eve Glenwood and ask for Nakiyah! You won t regret it!

Will not honor the monthly coupons listed specifically for in store! Avoid this store! Nothing but lies! It said 15 percent off entire purchase. Associate called manager and they said there was nothing they could do, but she made up a statement out of thin air, that if I spent over a hundred dollars they could honor it. I showed them the site with pictures of their store clearly saying come in and receive it, and the add said nothing about spending 100$. Only plus is helpful staff!

Went there today and it was great. Very clean and well lit, professional place. Not shady at all. Staff was helpful, even tested my purchase to make sure it worked since it's not returnable. Nice choice with good price selection.

Today 6/30/18 at Adam&Eve was great experience. The customer service was awesome!!! I got so much information and learned about so many different types of toys!! It made wanna buy the whole entire store!! I will be going back there soon!! Also the young lady that helped me, Nakiyah made me feel some welcomed and comfortable. I recommend anyone to go to this location!!

First time in there and right away i was greeted and asked if i needed any help. Both the girls were more than willing to show me around and make me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic products and costumer service! I looked around for about 20 minutes and picked out some outfits which they were kind enough to place in a fitting room so I could try them on later and not had to carry around the store. All the clothing was made with good quality material. The lady that was helping me assisted me in lacing up my corset and also getting me a bigger size without me having to get dressed and go back out there to look for it. She also showed me some accessories for the piece that I was going to buy and how to use them. I left a very happy costumer. Will be coming back for sure!
