Staff was friendly, but very inattentive. Didnt seem like they cared too much about their customers. 1st time ever in that store, will shop somewhere else
Just walked out of store was in for about 10 min., 3 people behind counter talking and laughing, it wasn't until I was walking out the door before anyone said anything to me, I kept walking

It was wonderful but, when I had gotten my instrument (flute) it didn't come with a swab? I got one now though. It could have been because the cloth I was given to use it had a string on the end of it to clean it. The other flutes in my grade had to use the stick were you put the cloth in it and them stick it in the instrument. They had gotten their instruments from this place.

This is a great music store if you're a guitarist, but if you're a bassist and you just want to go try out a few basses, then good luck at this store. I went in there and they only had one bass, and it was just some $200 Precision Bass nock off. As I said before, great selection if you're a guitarist, nothing if you're a bassist. This store is also very quiet and uninviting. I spent 30 minutes in there before anyone other than my friend or myself made even a hint of a sound. I felt as if they didn't want me to play the one bass that they had. The time I spent in this store was unpleasant, and uncomfortable. I will not be returning in the near future.

Fantastic store for a small operation. Lots of selection, helpful & knowledgeable employees and if they don't have they can get it or point you where you can find it.
