When I deliver to the airport it is usually fast at the concierge but at the reception it is curled up.

The company sells packaged cuts of thighs and drumsticks with a dorsal portion. For what purpose? No one who is going to buy thighs and drumsticks will want to take a dorsal portion with them. Just a way to deceive the consumer.
