Had just towed our camper from Vermont to Littleto...

Had just towed our camper from Vermont to Littleton MA when the check engine/see dealer light came on, along with a check all-wheel drive light.
Early morning the next day, we called Acton Toyota, and the service department was outstanding! By 8:30 am they had us in the service bay, got us a rental car, and off we went.
By 12:15 pm they called to say that everything was fixed, including a recall item that we hadn t know about!
The total cost was just right and we were back in our own car by 2:00pm.
Fantastic service, courtesy and professionalism.
We d highly recommend Acton Toyota for service any day!

I was very angry. They deceived me today and made me wait for two hours for nothing.
I went to Littleton Toyota service because my dashboard has a triangle light on. Some one told me there is some problem about my tire pressure. I told them my tires are new. But he said the orange triangle means tire pressure is low. They will check tires. When I was waiting, I search the meaning of dashboard light. I found the light of tire pressure is not triangle shape. I told the person who told. But he said he will check again. I waited from 9:30am to12:00, I think my car hasn t any problem, why did it need two and half hours. I went to ask front desk . He told me he cannot find any information about my car. So I went out and tried to look for my car. I saw my car stopped outside and didn t has any change. The triangle light is still on. Nobody can tell me what happened and let me wait 2 more hours. Then I found someone want to tell him my experience. He said my tires need rotation. But I changed my tires because they said Need change tires last service on February .Why did the tires need rotation? I feel they are full of lies, all kids of deception.

Extremely surprised by the poor service until reading the reviews revealing Acton Toyota is under new management. We have purchased 3 Prius from this dealership and have been exceptionally pleased, in the past, with both sales and service.

We are looking to trade in our low mileage 2019 Prius for a 2022 model. We had to wait for the Sales Manager for more than 45 minutes to review and inspect our vehicle. He never showed up. We left after feeling ignored and disrespected. We were told the information would be emailed to us. It has not.

Our current Prius has only a couple of weeks left on the warranty and all they did was rotate the tires and check the fluids. I am sure this is not Toyota protocol but maybe this is the New Management s style. It is sad that the new owners have squandered Acton Toyota s good name and reputation.

We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from Toyota of Acton and have yet to have less than 5 star experience. From the start of the process to the end their team was supportive, informative, friendly, and clearly had our interests at heart. We can t imagine purchasing a vehicle from anyone else!

I bought a car through salesman Jim P. The car buying experience was good. No pressure or hassles. Jim and the team there were accommodating in that I had a child with me and my 4 year old likes to touch everything. Melanie saved me money on insurance. John G in finance was very informative. No hidden figures. I would recommend this dealer to a friend and will be back to buy another Toyota. The only reason I didn t give this a 5 star is because the vehicle I bought came with 1 key. I feel every car should come with 2 keys from the dealership. Just my opinion.

Super friendly staff at this dealership! It was busy but they did great with managing all the potential buyers. I love the Toyota product but needed to be sold on the features to choose which vehicle I would purchase. Carlos knows his stuff and was very helpful in learning all the new gadgets (I want a vehicle to be a lifer and my previous Toyota was a 2006!). I appreciate the team and how smoothly everything went during my purchase. I look forward to enjoying my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid for years to come! THANK YOU, Acton Toyota of Littleton!!!

Bought a Corolla there a few weeks ago, The car is great, The RMV was down at the time of purchase, so they couldn't put a sticker on it. I recently got an email from Toyota thanking me for doing business with them and if there is anything we can do just let us know. After speaking with Scott, we agreed that I would arrive at the dealership at 1:00 and it would be taken care of. After arriving it was brought to my attention that it would be 2 hours. We agreed that I would obtain my sticker at another inspection facility and they will reimburse me the sticker fee. I'm satisfied. It is one of the best dealerships I've ever visited.
Update, Monday, 05/10/2021. Over a week ago, I have not received the check for $35.00 as promised. and you can see in the window, I did obtain my inspection sticker at another facility. I would be happy to edit this review to a very positive one provided I am reimbursed the $35.00 as promised.
