Worst experience ever! They never contacted me back. Held my paperwork for 2 weeks before they even contacted me to get a fee and then acted like it was my fault that it wasnt paid sooner when I never knew there was a fee. Then still never sent out the paperwork Do not use this company they are rude and do not take the time to get your stuff filed in a timely manner. They are dealing with time sensitive and important material and they act as if it is our problem not theirs. Its now been week 4 and I had to contact my doctor office back and they had to fill out the paperwork right there so I was not fired from my place of employment. Worst company ever!!!!

Most pathetic company I have ever worked with for any service. They hold medical records hostage. They never call you back so don't leave a message.

This place is great. Very friendly employees as well as quick on time service. Loved getting to use them
