I have been involved with Brett Burden (Action Victoria Business Coaching) for a period of 24 months. Prior to Brett coming on board with my company we lacked direction, financial understanding, sales and marketing strategies and a systemised process for all staff to perform their duties. Brett was able to quickly established our companies deficiencies and determined where I needed to focus my energies to ensure our business became streamlined and profitable. Action Victoria is an invaluable support for any business owner that may be stuck . For either those that have a vision but are not sure how to get there, or , for those with no vision at all I would recommend giving the guys at Action Victoria (Burwood) a call. Their regular workshops include topics in three critical areas of business such as Finance, HR, and Sales & Marketing that every business owner should fully understand. At their workshops you gain invaluable knowledge not only from the presenter, but also get to share experiences with other business owners.

I've been with Action Victoria's Center of Influence now for just 5 months and have found there workshops to be both informative and beneficial.
