Place is a rip off, don't walk, run away from calling them.
Technician arrived on time, made a phone call and found a button ology problem. Took a whopping 4 or 5 minutes and charged a whopping $120.00, technician called and asked to reduce the cost of the diagnostic and was told "no". Customer service rating minus #s.

They have what the professional needs when you want it at a very reasonable price.

I have been using them for years and have been a satisfied customer, however on this particular occasion I am not.
I had a burned circuit board so I called, gave them the board model number and asked for the cost for replacement. I was quoted $499 plus tax. I made the appointment and a technician came out and replaced it. He did a very good job and completed it quickly.
I was presented with a bill for $660 and was told there was an additional $120 service charge that I was not told about.
When I ask how much it's going to cost to fix it I want to know the total cost up front.
No longer a satisfied customer
