very bad recruitment team!!! they sent me to laguna office and when i got there.... They sent me back to qc office for an interview what the heck are you people doing with applicants!!!! we are not toys for you to play around!!! so i passed the initial interview and scheduled for last interview as you promised but you never replied to all my sms a total waste of time and effort!!! attention Bigoy of qc and Marvin of Laguna office all of our discussions are documented and should be reported what you did is very un human....

Worst service center. 1st issue, they recommend solution to hard drive despite decision to replace. Same error with continuous boot device not found .. YOU DON'T MAREFUND YUNG COST EXCEPT FOR FULL LABOR FEE. 2nd issue, don't listen. It says simply format and restore it to the previous OS (win8). Win10 is forced to install it again and again without being told to win10. My drivers are not working properly because they are not compatible and the win8 has not been upgraded since win10 is installed. WORST SERVICE CENTER. You won't fix it because unless you come back, they will still try to fix it even if that is not the solution. Others make arrangements, even if they are well known service centers of HP, Acer, etc. Don't waste time and money on it.
