Food and service at my neighbor's wedding were FANTASTIC! Hopefully, you'll be able to try the prime rib, awesome. The champagne chicken was perfectly cooked, too. Excellent bar staff, too. Finally, the table service and clean up was thorough and efficent. Well done, Act 3!
In May, I inquired about having them cater my wedding in August. Markelle responded very quickly to me and even helped me put my proposal together. However, as soon as I was ready to place my deposit the company stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I tried for 3-4 weeks to place my deposit and secure the catering date, but they never responded.
I have since placed a deposit with Arista Catering which has kept open communication and responded to my requests in a timely manner.
I am very disappointed with how a catering company ghosted me and never followed up with my proposal request.
I recently coordinated a wedding where Act 3 provided the catering. I found the team to be highly professional. They knew what they were doing and took excellent care of the bride and groom. I highly recommend Act 3 and hope to work with them again soon.
Finding a catering company for your wedding can be a very stressful thing. It seemed like every vendor we were considering was trying to nickel and dime us and charging excessive amounts for "services". We found Act 3 to be the most reasonable and are very glad we went with them. They were flexible and were very accommodating to the constant changes due to the challenging pandemic. Communication was fast a reliable. The food was amazing, service was attentive and friendly, decorations were on point, and all our guests had nothing but good things to say. We were truly fortunate to have picked Act 3 as our vendor for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone.

Highly professional team, provided good suggestions and were flexible to incorporate all customizations we requested.
This is the second time I have used Act 3 Catering for an event I had with my company. I am extremely satisfied with the food and the quality of their service. I would recommend Act 3 to anyone looking for a caterer.

Act 3 Catering is AMAZING!! Not only do they have awesome food, but their staff is wonderful and go above and beyond. We used them for our wedding, and they were always great with communicating quickly, making suggestions, and ensuring they provided the best possible customer service.
At our wedding, post walking down the aisle, my husband and I were greeted with water (which we didn't even know we needed until right then and there - life savers LOL). Appetizers were left in our suite for us to eat before our reception because they knew we were going to be busy. When dinner came around, they plated our food so we could try to eat quickly in order to have enough time to greet all of our guests. They were so kind in making sure we always had what we needed - especially our drinks :)
At one point, we were even having a hard time trying to bustle my dress, and when one of the staff members came in to check on me to see if I needed anything, she decided to come help and save the day!
At the end of the night, the caterers boxed up full meals for my husband and I, along with the best appetizers (the sausage stuffed mushrooms - you will literally miss out if you don't have these at your event or at least try them during your tasting), two bottles of water, and a box of our cake + each flavor of cupcake that we offered that we never got to eat LOL
From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank Act 3 Catering for everything, and will for sure be recommending them to anyone that is planning an event in the future. You guys are the best!!
This review is way overdue as I was married in 2018 but my experience with ACT 3 Catering was amazing, start to finish. Markelle and the staff took care of everything and made my life so easy! She helped me chose menu options for a lot of allergies and diets that my guests loved (and still talk about), colors, linens, the whole 9 yards. She helped me catch little important details I had overlooked and was warm and friendly every step of the way. I highly, highly recommend Act 3 Catering for their professionality, quality, communication...I had absolutely 0 issues! I will definitely use this company again.
