Our townhome association has had several landscapers over the last 20 years, and only Acres has lived up to our expectations. Our account managers have been excellent and easy to work with, and we trust the advice we receive.
I have been working with Curt Riedell from Acres for a few years now...He is always responsive and professional. Curt has great ideas and does a great job of making my ideas come to life! After a massive storm in August we had a lot of down and damaged trees...Curt was quick to come out and survey the damage and get the work underway. He is a great asset to my team!
TL;DR They intentionally ruined property just to make their job easier for themselves.
This company provides snow removal services for our townhome complex in Des Plaines. Over the course of two moderate snowfalls, they have knocked down two sections of privacy fence, damaged an otherwise healthy spruce tree by pushing snow into it with a bobcat, and intentionally destroyed a 4 ft. rose hedge so they could pile snow in the courtyard that the hedge was screening. I ve spoken to three different people from the company, and each just says that is our order; my boss told me to.
I was calling for the acres group that works in Caroline retirement village. Nobody returned my call and so they only get one star.Note; I'm Out Of Town, I Will Call Them Next Week. They Did Respond To Me The Other Day.
Attended Acres Group seminar (at the Morton Arboretum) "Dormant Pruning" this company is very knowledgeable and very professional. Araseli Kelly (Business Development at Acres Group) gave the people who attended a very educational seminar on when and how to "dormant prune". If you are looking for a professional landscaper, this company has the knowledge and professionalism to make your property look good!!! Highly Recommend using this company!!!!!
I have been a customer with the Acres Group for over 10 years. During this time I have found them to be very responsive and professional. I am a Property Manager for a very large non for profit in the North/Northwest suburban area. I have worked with Suzanne Coventry for the past 7 years. Suzanne is an excellent communicator and a good ambassador for her company. Her knowledge of the landscape industry is vast. The Acres Group under Suzanne's direction has completed retaining wall work, drainage issues, various horticultural diseases and she is an Arborist. The Acres Group can assist in residential, industrial and commercial applications.
The hydraulic fluid from the bobcat destroyed my driveway my sidewalk and paver blocks and destroyed my grass. Its through a lot of the community they destroyed my property value they knew it too because they just kept refilling the hydraulic fluid no one from acres seemed concerned about any of this i live in a wetlands and the hydraulic fluid has leeches into the sewers it will be a major clean up effort and acres is totally responsible for a costly damage. They should be fired
