Very friendly staff, and was in and out in an hour.

Worst dealership I've ever been to honestly. Wouldn't even let us drive vehicle but drove it's 2x said before we drive they had to crunch numbers! It was a 2008 Silverado not a 2020 Corvette!!!

Have bought 2 used vehicles ($35000) in the last 2 years and have spent over $2000 in services. Today my wife stopped due to an emergency with the car we bought there, smelled on fire. Service manager ws very rude, said he couldn't help as they were booked a week out, she just needed to know if it was ok to drive or to marke sure it wasn't on fire. He did nothing! Karma is an interesting thing... we just bought a home on the gulf of Mexico in florida and were ready to purchase a Jeep to keep down their. Want to guess who we are not buying from!

The staff is friendly from sales to service. This is one of the few dealerships that actually tries to work with the customer to make them happy. I can't say enough good things about Acra. They were able to get their hands on the car I wanted for an amazing deal. Kevin Milburn was my sales man and I HIGHLY recommend him.

Great experience. Treated my dad and I very well during his sales purshase. Kevin Milburn is good to work with. I have purchased three vehicles myself thru Acra and have always been pleased. Their service department advisors are great to work with. They do take care of you long term if you buy a vehicle from them. No question where I will buy my next truck when ready.

This is a very accommodating dealership. When trying to purchase a new 2017 Jeep, I had gone to 3 other dealerships none had one on the lot...but all 3 said they could look at other dealerships and if they found one, could bring it in. Two called back with no results, 1 said they found one, but when I went to the dealership to complete the purchase..was told it was sold at the dealership that had it on their own lot. My problem with them was, I felt they could have saved me a 40 mile one way trip, had they just called me up front. This dealership, called me, from a lead they found on the Jeep web site. I told them what I was looking for, they said they felt they could find it. After my previous experience with the other 3, I really did not hold much hope. But, this dealer called me back within 3 hours, with a vehicle they found that fit my criteria, they had it brought in and in Two days I had my car. Plus a free oil change for my having to wait to get it in. Very nice service, friendly. They really went out of their way for me. Try these folks if your looking for a Jeep.

I was there for State Farm to look over the hail damage to my vehicle. I can not rate Acra but the stupid system will not allow it to be left blank.

Service dept went way above and beyond expectations! While traveling from Cincinnati to New Castle, our 2016 minivan broke down. Out of warranty due to mileage, they fixed it and didn't charge me a cent! Will definitely be back to visit when time comes to trade!

They take good care of you. I have rented a car frome them for past two years when visiting family and friends.

Nice truck that I really liked and I had to buy it is even cheaper payments than the car I traded in on so I think that came out Fair could have been better but always could be better

I was treated fairly and they had exactly the truck I was looking for. Even had a nice waiting room and took care of my wife and two boys with refreshments while I did the paperwork! I will be back when I need another truck

I ve bought 2 cars from them and both times they were amazing. They will work very hard to get you into the car you want for the payments you want. I will always go there as long as they have the car I want on hand.

Great service & sales! They stand behind their products & services! Comfortable wait areas, even have a vending area if you need a snack while you wait.
I went in with what I thought was an urgent need, and they had it fixed & me out of there in less than 15 minutes - on a Saturday morning!
