For a Health Care center, ACR Health can do a lot better. Trying to enter, even with an appointment, is a nightmare for deaf clients. I served on the board of Auora CNY, and I find ACR's protocol to be unacceptable. The Deaf will not hear a buzz, or ding, so how do we know the door is unlocked, after ringing the doorbell? I had to ring repeatedly, until I saw a human outside, sprinkling snow melt near the entrance door. Fortunately, the counselor I met was exemplary.

Very friendly! Tim is so helpful and very personable! I feel very comfortable going in here, you don't feel judged its just a laid back atmosphere. Even have a few good laughs with Tim!

Well you socialize sit and judge a junkie make sure alongside that you respect those of us who maintain our addiction to the best of our abilities using resources such as ACR. Addiction is an ugly place to be so recognition for managing it correctly is well deserved there is a right way and a wrong way to do everything

Just used parking lot to await my daughter working. All workers I saw appeared quite professional.

Got in and out so fast plus they are helping me with so much more than I was expecting to get hands down the best health place I've ever been to

They provide a great service to a community that is discriminated against constantly

Such a Nobel cause and great caring people working on helping you without being overly intrusive

Have always been extremely helpful in any way that they can be, even in the extreme heat when they are outside for others. They have helped save multiple lives in my area for the narcan and stuff they have given that I have shared.

For everything thing it is, it's fantastic. A necessary blessing
