The customer service team was helpful in answering my initial inquiries, although the response times were a bit slow. However, my interaction with the technical support department was not as satisfactory. Their assistance was average at best, and I found myself having to explain my issue multiple times before receiving a solution. Additionally, the pricing for their services seems to be on the higher side compared to other companies in the industry.
