This company is so tight to deliver a load or even to pick up a load from here so guys be careful while backing out of the trailer the dock is in downhill in a very bad downhill so be careful a lot.
And for the new drivers do not trust yourself a lot

Truckers.. no overnight parking even if you have 8 am delivery. they asked me to move out at 11.30 pm and threatened to call the police if I don t. They don t appreciate drivers and their struggles. Receiving dock is the worst one I ever seen. You can t back up without damaging trailer skirts.
Drivers be aware, took over four hours to unload and there s a lumper fee to get unloaded.
Good luck backing into the dock and make sure your trailer landing gear is all the way up otherwise you will damage your landing gear and very slow to unload
Friendly people, but whoever designed the whole place, hated truckers. Never gonna come back, this facility goes on my black list

Need to redo receiving docks somewhat since the angle is excessive enough to damage trailer skirts. Could drop some wood or steel 4"-8" ramps in the pits to help lift the skirt. Not enough room in front either so you damage the skirt sideways. Do to the decline you want the tandems to the rear also.
