So pleased with the online shopping. I was unable to physically go to the market ant the online purchase was Great . However, the prices are a little higher than off of the shelf cost. Sometimes a $1.more. When I received my receipt after the online delivery to my home the price for the groceries was $20. More than the amount deducted from my credit card . I understand a tip is expected. But I didn t authorize that amount . I feel as though the service was good BUT ACME overcharged my BANK ACCOUNT at least $15. Minus tip and I had FREE DELIVERY. ACME give me the correct amount for my purchase.

I come here to shop all the time and I usually have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. Great place.

Do you want overpriced groceries and to wait 20 minutes in line because only two registers are open? Then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away.

Racist. It says they close at 10 but they refused customer befor 9;40. And lied that they do not have cashier. But they had cashier at the register. Then accepted other same race customer at 9 :58.

Convenient food market that is not well maintained, every night the freezer section needs to be thawed which messes up the other food as they melt because they think cardboard boxes will keep the air in those sections! They need to fix them, this is food safety people!!!!!

Clean! Well light. Produce looked fresh. Nice plant based selection. I go early to avoid crowds. But you kinda pay for it with the lack of cashiers...occasionally.

Great experience. Only issue was all the coolers were down and they were in the process of throwing everything out. Couldn't buy any dairy. No milk, no eggs, no bacon. nothing refrigerated. So I will have to make another run elsewhere. Even without that, I was still way under what I thought I would spend. Great deals though!

I found what I was looking for and I was able to do so quickly and get checked out quickly

Why did you take away the little cups to put salad dressing in?
I made an average size salad then had to put the dressing on the salad since the bottom line is more important than customer service, and St the register the salad cost me $9.03!!!
The salad bar already has a high price per pound, now the store goes for more of our money?

I would very much like to compliment Maria Arsenlis from the Acme Pharmacy at 7700 Crittenden Ave, Phila., 19118. She was totally awesome, patient, caring, knowledgeable in giving me my Shingrix vaccine. I just appeared at her counter, and she kindly put me right in for my shot. Painless, too, I might add. She explained everything and assured me I would be contacted for my second dose- no need for me to worry! I knew I was in great hands! Thank you, Maria!!

It's a nice neighborhood store. It's a take your time and get what you are looking kind of place. You don't need feel stressed when you stop to look at sale items and special highlighted products. It's not one of those huge stores.

It's usually a hit or miss for me, either they have the food I'm looking for or "they just sold the last one".

This market has a good verity of food. I have not been back since they were close do to a storm. They ALSO have a great staff.

Friendly store. Out of stock today on organic plain lowfat yogurt, both regular and Greek. Common to find this problem & stock needs to be recalibrated to volume of customer purchases.

In times such as these, it's comforting to witness such courteous, congenial service while still practicing social distancing.

Very large store with a great selection and fresh seafood and produce. You don't have to deal with the crowd like the store on City Line Avenue

Nice clean bright store usually has everything I need...

The store has inexplicably closed the entrance door, but kept the carts outside in front of it. So to enter, you have to walk there and go to the old exit door, where you may meet (as I did today) a line of shoppers going in and another line of shoppers coming out. Everyone in both lines is bunched together before and during their crossing each other. Social distancing? Impossible! And inside I encountered THREE employees with their masks below their noses--which is the equivalent to not wearing a mask--and 2 of them were obviously managers. I have never much liked this overpriced store, but now it is DANGEROUS! I won't be back.

I wish the people come shop with us because we didn't have any model and the store looking pretty good we have some good prices on items come check us out

I have an allegiance to the Acme because I worked there when l was a student, and my father was a meat manager when he retired with a pension.

Bright, sparkling clean but undermanned. Staff is super polite but not enough of them.

ACME Market at Market Square is clean & well stocked. The people who work there are always friendly & helpful.

Asked an employee if I could use a cart. She replied no that s mine and went about her business talking with the other cashier. I think she finds it amusing. (but.wasn t.using.the.cart). No wonder all my friends go to The Gisnt in flourtown. Ugh.

What's there to say about ACME? It's your standard grocery store.

Bigger but not much better than other Acmes. Don't come in looking for awesome produce. Go to Weavers Way or WFM for that.

Need to update the hours. They don't open until 7am, that's if you're lucky.

Market Square clean store friendly and nice people that work there

The store seems clean..but the older african American gentleman in the fish department is not very pleasant. Unless you are not african American. To the point that I refuse to buy fish when he is working.

The staff here is rude. An older female check cashing clerk refused to cash my check and walked away. No argument here. I got my check cashed elsewhere and will continue to. I have absolutely no time for anyone who does not feel like doing their job.

It s increasingly getting worse. Prices are as high if not higher than the Fresh Market/Whole Foods. Shelves bare for common essentials. Fruit constantly of poor quality or just not available. Baskets are never in front of the store....

My favorite! Higher prices but the people fo not linger. As of yesterday I didnt see any paper towels.

Good people, great hours, not the biggest store but great for the size.

Good for an ACME, but it is small so the selection isn't great and the prices are still high.

I love shopping at Acme because the food is fresh, there are a variety of reasonable sales weekly and the one thing I really love is that I don't have to pull out an Acme card to purchase my items.
