the owner came to my house made the measurement said 4500 sq.ft , $5000.00 installed and told me it would be pretty green grass. they delivered brown trash grass which they installed the grass which look's horrible and they only installed 3000 sq.ft then let the job, the owner did not come to my house he had his crew take payment. so beware of this shady liar.
