I advise anyone thinking about working with this company to reconsider. I worked a Coca Cola event in OCTOBER 2019 and I am sitting here in MARCH 2020 UNPAID. I will never work with this company again. They ver unprofessional and wil always transfer you to this phantom "Acounting Department". I have been hung up when inquiring for a manager or someone who could resolve this immediately. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
Do not work for this company. I worked a promo Oct.13 2019, it is now Feb. 28 and i have not received my paycheck. I have reached out more than 10 times and still no replies. This company is a joke.
I wish I could share a 0 start rating. Absolute worst company to work for. They WILL NOT PAY YOU. Someone needs to sue them already. You will be pushed around between employees and phone numbers and they will magically lose all your forms. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.
You will not be treated fairly at all.Bad attitudes!!!The waited to the last minute to tell me about parking an hr before the Midtown Music Festival.My first ever event and new employee.Worked hard and enjoyed.When it was over i got a $75 ticket for parking in wrong spot.Which i didn't have any funds to get to event next day.They still took money out of my check and i was stuck with a ticket when all I was trying to do was make a living.I called and asked for more jobs and Leighton told me that he would never give me a job back .They did not have my back at all.Also took them a while to pay me.And some of the people who worked in office was rude.
First let me start by saying. February 2020 I had to assist my son with getting his payment from Ace High Marketing after he worked the Daytona 500 Feb 13th 15th and 16th. The contract signed says you will be paid one week after you have worked. After my son and other college students worked they were told they would be paid 6-8 weeks. After several phone calls and speaking to Leighton Condell(Owner) he states that if he put in the contract that you are paid 6-8 weeks he would never get any workers. I called and spoke to Kisha(Office Mgr) and expedited the process. I was adamant that I needed to get my sons check. I asked Condell could I pick it up but he stated I have to call my lawyer. 30 minutes later I call Kisha and ask the same question she said yes with no hesitation just have your son send an email authority authorization. Two different stories from Leighton and Kisha. Fast forward within and expedited week I received my sons check in the mail on today 2/22/2020. Be persistent, send emails, make phone calls I was not taking no for an answer. My girlfriend called Leighton for her son who worked the same time and no good information from them at all. I would say if you plan to work for this company ask questions before you work and get it in writing. For those of you who have not been paid keep calling and ask for Kisha the office manager. Call the companies that they contract with: Coca Cola, Nascar etc and let them know this company isn't paying workers I hope you all get your money that you worked for.

DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! We had to call and talk to rude staff numerous times to receive payment. They took four months to pay us and tried shorting us on pay. If my mother in law wasnt a lawyer I dont think we ever would have gotten paid! We continously threatened this company with a lawyer to get the money we worked for. Soon they wont have any Brand Ambassadors that will work for them. Worst company ever. With the way they run thier business they are destined to fail. They just sent us a text for an upcoming event asking if we could work for them and if we know anyone else that would want to. They are desperate and fraudulent. Dont waste your time.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever experienced. I was promised a paycheck over a month ago for a shift I worked in September. Everyone I have called and emailed has ignored me. I am going to seek legal action if this continues.
Wish I could give it an even lower rating. I worked an event for them September 29 and it is now February 5 and I still haven't been paid. I've filled out every form as soon as they gave it to me and the rotating staff clearly can't stay on top of it. Terrible
I've read a ton of negative reviews on Ace High Marketing but my friend and I still decided to give them a chance (we couldn't pass down the $$ opportunity). We worked a 5 day event in the beginning of July, and I can only speak for my friend and I but we were paid well over $1,000 each. The event went super smoothly, and the pay rate was excellent! My payment was a tiny bit late but my hiring manager Kojjo always kept me updated and in the loop. My friend and I will 100% be working with Ace High Marketing again.
I don't trust anyone who gives this company anything above 1 star, could be a plant, or a fake profile to save face their bad reputation. I mean, really, why waste time and energy to try to hide the fact that you're a bad business when it's so much easier to be a good business? PAY people when you say you're going to pay them. If you can't pay them then don't hire anyone. All this may end up doing is pull people together to create a class lawsuit which will really bury this company into the ground.
Do not work for this company unless you are in the mood to fight them for your money.

They told me you are getting your payment about two months after you work, and they have sent me an email about it after I have worked. I was supposed to be paid a week ago and I still didn't get paid till this day. Now I have checked the reviews here and almost everybody is complaining about not getting paid. Their payment policy is not that transparent as the owner claim, they should tell us directly that we are getting paid two months after our day of working.
No one will be satisfied to get paid two months later, and diffenetly everyone will be pissed if it the payment gets delayed!!!

They really don t even deserve 1 star. I ve worked in the industry for many years and never had to chase a company down for payment after they sent a email about when to expect payment (it was a 2-3 week time frame of possible payment dates). Well it turns out I m magically missing 2 tax forms (I completed all the forms they sent me before I worked the activation. If I was missing a form, then why didn t they tell me?) then the person in charge of payment suddenly goes on vacation (ironic right) and I m sure the other BA s that worked the same activation were trying to get a status of payment as well. Save yourself the trouble. Don t work for this company and if your a good friend, you would tell your promo friends to never work for them either. Unless you want to chase down the staff to get a status of payment and hopefully they send it out on Friday because that s when payment goes out. This is your last warning to steer clear! There are plenty of other marketing agencies that will pay you direct deposit 2 weeks or less. It s 2018, why are they still sending out live checks? Go figure.

The payment was 2 weeks late but I was able to get in touch with the owner and they immediately sent me a Venmo payment with an additional $15. It was still extremely frustrating dealing with the office staff Bria and Nicole. Very unprofessional. Thank you to the owner.

The worst company I have ever worked for. You will NOT get paid. They tell you the payout is 6-9 weeks after the event but you never receive payment. Azia don t answer the phone once you work the event. The lady Keisha NEVER answer the phone, don t return calls or email back. Working for this company is a complete was of time. The beg you to work send you a lot of email but don t pay you.
So I've worked for this company in the past. They pay you good but its takes 3 months to get your paycheck // unfortunately in FL and GA there is no law stating how long you should get a check.

It's been two months. They've deleted the GroupMe contact and not a single person from the company will respond to any of my messages. I have called, texted, emailed countless times. Not to mention, their mailbox is always full now. Not a single person on my team has been paid. We have all tried to reach out. We have even contacted the owner, but no response.

Did a promo on 11/16/2019. Was told we would be paid in 2 weeks, then 4-6 weeks. It has now been 3 months! We called and emailed and eventually spoke to a lady named Keisha exactly 1 time who insured us that she could see our checks had been mailed out. That was over a month ago. They stopped answering our calls, never spoke to the payroll lady again and the vm box was always full. Horrible company, steer clear!
I ve worked 2 events for this company in November of 2019 and have still yet to be paid. I ve tried calling several times and each time nobody answers and it states the voicemail is full. I ve tried reaching out to my booking agent as well and I get the same results.
If I could give me negative stars, I would. This company is the WORST. I worked an event on November 2 it s now January 23rd and I have yet to be compensated for my time. The office is non responsive and the staff is a joke !

I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before I worked an event with Ace High Marketing. I am in the same position as almost all of the other Brand Ambassadors who has worked for this company. I worked an event early September and it is December with no word as to where my paycheck is. I keep hearing that it is in the mail and it will take a few days to get to me, but that was weeks ago. The staff is not helpful at all. Instead of providing me assistance, they make it seem like I am more of a burden when I call. It got to the point I was calling everyday and still no answers. Usually the phone calls end with someone who is supposed to call me back, but in the 3 months I have been calling, not one person has called me back. Don't waste your time with this very unprofessional company, you will regret it.

I still haven t been paid for an event I worked in November. I was told that it would be paid out in 2 weeks. And it hasn t. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my paycheck and I ve been given the run around.
By far one of the worst companies i ve ever done business with. The events are cool but it s frustrating that it takes so long to get paid. i have still yet to receive payment for working and nobody can tell me why. it s annoying when people play with your time and money
They consistently pay late or never. I have been trying to get in contact with them for months now over a payment I hadn t received. I have received no answer on phone calls, no call back to voicemails and no reply to emails. The staff that did respond in an instance like this before was very rude and always try to find fault in the BA rather than pay out. I see that the BBB is aware of them. If you are thinking about working for them don t unless you re volunteering.

I would rate this company a half star if I could. Every review left by others is completely true! They contact me to work for the 2017 World Series games that was 3 months ago! I still have not receive payment for this event ! They don t respond to your emails right away they will take a week. When they respond they keep giving me excuse about glitches in their system and having a new accountant. Last thing I was told was that I would receive payment this past Friday in which I didn t. I will never work for this company again! You work for your money and it is not fair you have to wait months to receive payment. You have responsibilities and bills to pay so unless you want to work for free I suggest you don t book any events with this company.

They take a very long time paying you, you have to repeatedly call them and email them to even consider honoring their end of a contract/event. It has been over 3 months..... they keep telling me accounting is not available or accounting is on vacation until next week . Seriously?

I've done around 8 or more jobs with them, and they paid late every time, with the exception of the last two. I say exception because THEY DID NOT PAY ME! They ignore my calls, texts, and emails, and not just from me, but from friends of mine who also did work for them. I've honestly considered suing them and have no doubt that I'd win the case every time, just don't know if it's worth all the time and effort. I'll update this review if I decide to go for it . As for you ace high, I hope the company goes bankrupt and you all lose your jobs and livelihood like the people's lives you're ruining!
I worked a 4 day event for this company in march 2018. It is now June 2018 and I still haven't received payment.
My son and daughter-in-law worked for this company in October 2017 and they both received their checks in February 2018! Stay away from this company. The administration is incompetent and they don t return phones for days. They take advantage of hard working people.
It s been 11 MONTHS since I worked an event for this company and STILL have not been paid. Keisha lies and swears your check is on its way when it s not, promises call backs but you ll never get one. I still call keisha and the company number and it goes straight to voicemail. Definitely planning on reporting them ASAP. At this point they are just outright stealing from everyone.

this staffing agency needs to foster better relationships with their talent because they really just don t care about you at all, rather they care about keeping the client happy and will replace you in a heartbeat. I ve applied for many gigs out of town as I m willing to travel and even after expressing serious interest, how I need to know if I m booked or not so I can make proper accommodations and book out, they will treat you like it s not serious and will wait until the week of just to let you know if you re booked or not....seriously?! Come on guys get it together because this agency is not a reputable one..stay away if you value your TIME AND MONEY

I had a decent experience with Ace High, until it came to me getting paid for my work. I am not getting paid for hours of work because of fraudulent policies that they hide in their work contracts. When it came to amending this problem and trying to explain to them my situation, instead of being accommodating and paying me for the full amount I worked for, they gave me the runaround. Total disrespect and dishonesty while working with this company. I have yet to hear back from someone who can actually help with my situation. Do not work with this business if you want to be treated fairly.
I worked an event for this company back in September and I still haven't gotten paid. I have called repeatedly and emailed the company numerous times within the past three months, and I still haven't gotten a legit answer as to where my check is. I was told a few weeks ago that it would be sent out on Friday and I still haven't received it. I find it very unprofessional that the company can't find the time to call me back or send me a quick email to answer my questions.

Also, the staff answering the phone sounds like they do not like their job and unprofessional. Owner if you're hiring I have a college degree, years working in field, and customer service experience. The event, itself, isn't too bad... if you're intentionally doing it for free and like standing up for long hours and being told what to do, like you're being paid for it. But, if you're looking to be paid in a timely manner LOL, it ain't gone happen. This is bad business. Stay away from it.
