Fantastic Customer service, Spoke with Lisa, about my NBN Connection & my upgrade requirements, she said she had a couple of options, but was she unable to speak with the person she needed to to confirm (due to current health situation) , she appoligied, and said she would get back to me, within a couple of hours she got back to me and once i confirmed which way I wanted to go, she actioned my request almost immediatly,
