Ace Air has been servicing my Trane unit for a few...

Ace Air has been servicing my Trane unit for a few years. They are honest, timely, and provide excellent customer service. Sometimes I felt the big companies were pushing me towards unneeded repairs, but have not felt that way about Ace Air.

Before I used them I had a company come fix my heater, but they just disconnected something to make it work. Ace Air came out for a maintenance service call, noticed the patch repair the other company did and did a permanent repair.

My old system was 18 years young so we got a quote from Ace Air for the highly rated Trane product. Paul did a great job with explaining the estimate. The installation (nice team) went perfectly and the result was simply comfortable. The new systems are quiet and multi stage is a major comfort and noise advance. Very happy we were proactive and replaced our system with these guys.

Our air stopped working at 6:30 pm on Sunday ( today). I called Ace Air in Sapulpa and a technician arrived within an hour and fixed the problem promptly and very professionally. Very reasonable rate and courteous serviceman. I will recommend this company anytime! Debbie

They managed to get everything in a tiny attic, through the smallest access hole, while still keeping the system accessible and functional. The install was very well done and beat other local competitors on price. Gary, the owner, is a stand up guy and has been in the business a long time. I highly recommend.

Don't waste your time with this place. Instead of trying to fix the problem they want to sell you new equipment. They claim to be a "Trane dealer and pride ourselves in being Trane Comfort Specialists" yet my Trane system was too complicated for them to diagnose and fix so they tried to sell me new equipment. The owner couldn't even be bothered to call me.

These guys were great! Called them on a Sunday and they were here in 20 mins and had me fixed in 15. My running capacitor was replaced and I was back up and running. Thomas was very fast and friendly. Strongly recommend!

We had been having some issues with our AC and went through our home warranty for service. They sent out two different companies and the last one didn't even know what refrigerant they were putting in our unit. I knew I needed to call Ace Air to get the unit repaired correctly. The tech showed up when he said he would and was very helpful in answering my husband's questions. The repair was completed and unfortunately for us, the 15 year old unit was at the end of its lifespan. Ace Air came back out and went over all our options to replace the unit. They helped set up the financing and we had a new unit within a week. I absolutely love the new unit and our penguin habitat!

We have been using this company for several years and they are great. The guys that come out to service our heater/air conditioner do a good job and are super nice. If anything needs to be addressed they fully explain everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Another company told me the A/C motor was blown. Said he called around and couldn't find a motor. $1,900 for a new unit, or $7,000 to replace unit, coil and furnace. I called out Ace Air. They tested the unit and found the contact switch was bad. $180 later and I'm fixed. No problem with motor - and Ace Air had replacement motors on their truck. Always call at least 3 companies to come look at a problem. You'll be surprised what you hear... Make sure Ace is one of them!

I was having some bad experiences with my go to repair company, so I decided to give Ace Air Inc. a call. Justin came out the located and fixed the problem with my heater that the other company couldn t do in two visits. Later my air quit working and Eli came out and fixed that problem. He told me that my system was on its last leg, it was over twenty years old. He said that it had lived a good life. Last week it finally died. I called another outfit, just to get a quote as a go-by. When Paul showed up he looked at the quote and said he could beat it. The nice thing was that it was going to be another Trane system like the one I had.
On Tuesday at 8:30am, Terrance and Brian showed up and started to work. It was one of those record cold days, and they said they wanted us to have heat that night. They worked until 8:00pm and we had heat. They finished up the job the next day in what they called "record time" and we are completely satisfied.
Every one of Ace Air employees is totally professional and my only regret is that I didn t start using them years earlier. Now that I have a completely new system, I will probably never see any of them again. But if any one asks me, Ace Air Inc is the only company in town !

If you need a professional, courteous, knowledgeable air conditioning repair man...... look no farther. Terrance works for ACE Air Inc In Sapulpa Ok. It was Sunday late afternoon when my fan quit working on my central air unit outside. I felt defeated going into a service call on a Sunday but its August and air is needed. My boss referred Ace Air Inc to me and I gave them a call. Im sorry I don t remember the gals name who I spoke to about getting a tech here , however she was so nice and very comforting explaining after hours calls were barely more than a normal service call. Terrance called me 15 minutes before arriving and he was right on time as promised. such a polite young man wearing a mask in such heat and humidity. Terrance assessed the situation and was so kind to even explain what he was doing every step of the way. In no time Terrance found the problem and fixed it in mere minutes. I was over the top impressed with his efficiency. He even offered to help me move a heavy table so I could change the filter to make my unit run even more efficiently. Thank You ACE for hiring GREAT people with GREAT qualities that CARE to give your customers the best of the best treatment. Please take good care of Terrance JUST like he takes GREAT care of your customers! He is a keeper and I now have my Air Condition & Heat Repairman for life. I just moved here and Terrance was my first repairman experience. He did you proud!

I called Ace Air to come out when my AC stopped cooling. After I scheduled the appointment, but before they arrived, the AC resumed normal function. On May 12, they came out, and couldn't find any reason this was happening. However, they found that the AC was overcharged, and removed the excess pressure from the system. At the end of the visit, they said if it happened again, call them within 30 days, and their service would be warrantied. They did not, however, identify the cause of the non-cooling unit on this trip.

Three weeks later, the same issue happened. I called, rescheduled a technician, and they came out. Upon inspection, they changed our air filter, and cleaned the unit outside (we have a Dogwood Tree close by).

Three days later, they billed us in full for the second trip. Since I assumed that the service was under the 30-day window, and therefore covered under warranty, I emailed the company to inquire about the terms of the 30 days. I never heard a reply. Two weeks later, I emailed again. Again, no reply.

Finally, I called the company, and spoke with a woman. I explained my question ("I thought that the diagnostic fee would be covered under the warranty terms, especially since it was within the 30-days, and since there was no diagnosis on the first visit.") The woman said she'd speak with the owner, and call me back.

This morning, the technician called me back. He explained that since the 'conditions' had changed since his first visit (he referenced both the filter and the dogwood), that it was another diagnostic fee. I explained that, since he admittedly did not diagnose the issue on his first visit, the second diagnostic charge does not sound fair. And, since they did not reply to various email inquiries, they do not seem open handed about how they're dealing with the customer. The technician replied that after speaking with the other, they both feel that charge is fair. I responded "well, I'm glad you feel that way".

The diagnostic fee is minimal ($75). However, I feel this company avoided transparency and misled the terms of the 30-day warranty. I have given then a chance to address my concerns, and they did not. Therefore, over $75, I will not use this company for future HVAC service.

We called another company and they never showed up. We called ace and they gave us an appointment the same day and the technician saved us money with a simple fix instead of trying to get every dollar they could from us. I appreciate their service and will be using them again

We always appreciate our service and experience with Ace Air. They're responsive in setting up service as soon as possible and call ahead to let you know they're on the way. They've always shown up for the appointment, professional, patient with questions and lock the outdoor gates up when they're done. We feel like they treat us fairly which is why we've been maintaining a service agreement for several years.

Ace has always been my go-to for HVAC needs. For over 5 years they always answer the phone and respond quickly to needs. You AC never breaks when it s convenient and Ace never lets you down, day or Midnight! Justin came Saturday morning to diagnose my cooling issue, he was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He did a super job of explaining the issue and teaching me about the process. My hose is now cool and I m happy. I highly recommend Ace!

I called them today and they called back to send someone. It was taken care of quickly and professionally. I expected to pay alot more than I did. The employee was able to fix my problem with the furnace ignitor and the price was very reasonable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely reccomend them for heater repair.

A gentleman from Ace Air came out to my house today to work on my A/C unit. I have to say gentleman because he never introduced himself. He finished up work in the attic replacing the blower motor. He then said he was going to go out and check the outside unit. He was outside for a bit, came back in and then was back outside. I could see him doing something with the outside unit. A few minutes go by and I haven t seen him at the unit anymore. I go to look out front and he s just gone. Never said he was finished or anything. Just left. I think this is very rude and it s poor customer service.
