I went there to get my background check done for a job and they went above and beyond to help me.

I needed last minute services and the ladies here we re so helpful! Really kind people work here! Also, they keep the place so clean and disinfected. They were very conscientious regarding COVID precautions. Thank you!

Had to go to this vendor for a set of fingerprints. Unfortunately, I didn't have all the necessary paperwork and the staff member on duty, Ida, let me know immediately. She was very professional, helpful and thorough. Great experience there if you need a background check or fingerprints run.

Meh, took longer for someone to come out of the back than it did to get fingerprinted.

Stay away from this place, should have did my homework before sending employee for screening. They DID not put correct SSN in system which resulted in 15 day delay. Called FDLE which alerted me the issue was with Accurate. After multiple phone calls they admitted that they put in the wrong last four numbers of employees SSN, then informed the employee they will have to pay again! Will NEVER use them again and will steer my business associates to steer clear as well.

Went for fingerprinting related to a job and was happy to find that they required everyone to wear a mask in order to be served (which is better than I can say for the doctor's office I went to next for a drug screening!)

This is the second time I've dealt with this company. Something always seems to be a little off, but I wasn't offered an option to go somewhere else. I went there for school, this company is where I'm required to go. Fairly nice people, but something really does seem odd, just can't place my finger on it.

Never did I think I would leave a review for a background clinic, but After my pleasant experience today I had too. To start off, I was greeted by two beautiful sweethearted Hispanic women who both appeared to be running the show. They made me feel so welcome I didn't want to leave. They we're so nice and joyful I couldn't help but smile the entire time. I actually wanted to expand my time there because I was enjoying our conversations but honestly they were very fast. They had me in and out in 10 minutes which is hands down the fastest ever for a background check office. They have all the new modern equipment and technology and it made for a breezy process. Honestly I wish it would have taken longer because I was enjoying myself. The new technology and employees here are great and I wont choose anywhere else to complete this type of process ever again. Went in to get fingerprinting. The process was exceptional. I was told to arrive 10 -15 minutes before appointment. I was checked in, processed and on my way in a timely manner.

When I called I had no idea how to schedule my appointment for my background check. The staff was very helpful, respectful and professional! I even called back and the next day just to clarify a few of my questions and the staff was just as helpful!

Fingerprints were not accepted by the FBI. Way to waste money

I needed to get my fingerprints & background checked for my real estate license. I went in at the perfect time, I guess because I didn t have to wait at all. Was greeted w a friendly face & taken care of right away. Literally in & out within 15min. I was recommended by a friend & will definitely recommend to Others. Thank you.

This is my go to place. I have lost count of how many times I have gone here for fingerprinting. Staff is always nice and they try to get you done quickly.

Very helpful and quickly fixed an issue that was found. This facility is clean, the staff is quick, and the wait time was hardly anything for myself.

They will have your background and prints so out of order. . U won't be able to start a job for years to come.. trust me. Go elsewhere.. Inaccurate would be a better name

I was turned down from my appointment because I was not wearing a mask. I did not have one with me nor did they have any to offer me. The lady said i had to go buy one before they could perform fingerprints. I offered to wash my hands before doing fingerprints but said no. I work at the local hospital and I am very well aware of proper hand hygiene... I feel as if washing my hands and them disinfecting the area after fingerprinting me, as they should, there shouldn t have been a problem.

My girlfriend went in for a screening and the people were very nice and it didn't take long to get in & out.

Slow service. The young girl who rang me up for my drug screen had an attitude problem. She handed me my receipt for my drug screen and said 'that's all you need' and walked away. If you have a choice to go somewhere else for your background/drug screen, I would.

The service was stellar! Very professional and kind from over the phone to in person. I went here to have a background done for school. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what my school was looking for when I came for my appointment the place was spotless the reception area was nice and they practice all CDC guidelines. You must come with a mak they encourage you to wash your hands before and after finger prints and the technician was in full PPE the entire system including the chairs you sit in are cleaned between cilents (I know because I went with another classmate and saw their process) overall a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them
