I got blown off by an AccuQuest office in Plover, WI. David performed a brief question and answer, steeped out and came back after(I am sure) checking my insurance to see coverage. He then could not get rid of me fast enough! DID NOT perform the free hearing test that they are marketing!!! And didn't ask anything about how I was going to pay for my hearing aids. Just judged me by my insurance!!!!! Terrible way to bait and switch in my opinion. If they have more offices like this one I will never have a good thing to say about AccuQuest!!!! had to give them one star before the post would be accepted.
Find another place. They have the worst service. At least in the Waukegan, Il. area. Two years later they are still not adjusted right. They tweek something. Say see how this works. Then set an appointment for 6 months. I call back a day later and say the NEW problem I am having. I hear we can adjust that on my next visit. I just had our 50th class reunion. I made sure that NO ONE will go to a AccuQuest. Or anyone that goes on my FaceBook page. Once they have your money. They could care less about you. In two years, I have had four different Audioligest already. They can't keep steady workers. I wonder why this is?
Bought accuquest hearing aids about 5 years ago ,worked ok ,had them checked from time to time the two lady,s that were there were very good,the lady that did the test and checking retired and another person replaced her.went to have them checked inone wasn,t working ,told me I need new one,s and charged me 100 dollars to fix .went back about a month later to get one checked,went into the office told her what I thought was wrong,well she didn't even check it,just told me I needed new ones ,she was more intrested in selling me new ones than checking the hearing aid,so in short I will go elsewhere with my bussiness ( this time she told me it would cost 500 dollars with 5 mo warranty ,( with out even looking at them great Tec )
