The security guard was SUPER RUDE! He recorded us without explaining who he was, and threatened us saying "NEVER EVER GET CLOSE TO THIS BUILDING" (his video can prove what he said). Strange place! Two security guards hiding behind the dark windows in a dark night monitoring pedestrians.. acted like secret agents. hehe! Anyways, downtown friends, be careful nearby. Don't get close, or you'll get yelled just like me. :)
I had a similar problem with the security guard threatening me and my wife on the street
So, you'd call this a greasy spoon.... Except it wasn't greasy. The food was flavorful and generous. I especially loved the razor clams and the chicken fried steak.... Which might be the best chicken fried steak I've ever had. Can't wait to come back to this small town gem!

Security guards at front regularly harass my black co-workers, going so far as to threaten them for standing in publicly accessible areas (the sidewalk in front of their front steps)
Security guards there are rude and aggressive. Be careful walking or standing to close along the sidewalk near their office. I wonder what they are hiding there?
