This is a new facility with problems regarding paperwork ~ I was loaded fast but I had to wait an hour for paperwork and I ended up leaving with out it

I had an issue and they contacted me directly to provide me with more information and obtain my version . Despite the fact that I was disappointed with the previous experience. I have appreciated the action of the HR Manager by investigating the situation.

Very bad experience.

Security ask me to check my fever with laser device. I told her it s not safe, check it from my wrist, neck or any other area of the body. She called some senseless guy from inside. Who asked me to leave. I m telling you guys it s not legal to do or insist any unsafe practices. I tried to talk to upper management and left voice message but no call back.

I m going to call Health department and file complaint against them.

Lazy people, do not come before app time and good luck...

These guys really know how to get the job done. The job is very fast paced but well organized. This company is also very family oriented which makes it super awesome.

No thanks. Everybody from traffic to the guys in shipping were rude and unresponsive. There's no call to treat people like that. I won't be coming back.

Good experience. However more information needs to be relayed to drivers. Need to have tandems pulled all the way up to get around their dumpsters. Need to push tandems back when you get to the dock.

No waiting. Get there on time you ll be loaded in 30 mints.

Bad place for truck drivers , no restroom for truckers ,. Bad attitude toward truckers , not speaking proper English , Zero stars it s too much for them

37 minutes from the time I got there till i pulled out of the driveway. Can't complain, usually don't load till 1700. Can park and take break on the road leading into the warehouse.

Don t forget to tell them how to load pallets properly they don t know how to distribute the weight!

It is p apoiment and say you do not have to wait for 4 hours to be called to unload and there is no parking after checking but you can sleep on the street at night

I've been employed at this company for 2 years now and the company has come along way despite other's opinions I've read online. There are many different departments and I'm a machine operator and its a fast paced demanding job but they pay well and offer insurance after being employed for 3 months and they expect you to show up for your day or night shift because after all, they are paying you to do your job and run material for their customers. They may have a high turn over rate but it's due to people who are going to school and realize it's not the career of their choice and that's ok. So just be responsible and if you show initiative and are willing to show the company what your level of potential is, then they will promote you if you desire to do so.

If you picking up a load from this place then don t go earlier than your appointment. They not going work you in until your appointment time not even 15 minutes earlier but once they give you a door they will load you fast

Undelivered to this business acouple days ago & those leaving such posts as rude & slow best describes doing so, as well as having to slide your tandems all the way forward prior to entering given the limited space & maneuvering ability. My appt was 0800, arrvd @ 0732, departed @ 1002 with 19 straight pulls off my trlr & very little going on. WOW!!! While I'm able to relate to the concern for not contracting the covid-19 virus, the dock clerk was attempting to communicate with me thru a face mask, approximately 5 fet away on the other side of a fence, background noce, & with an acent mind you# If he was that scared he should seal off his residnce & hide unde his bed!!! No bathrom facilities accessible to drivers while they daly geting you off loaded. Would I knowingly acept another load to this bussiness, CERTAINLY NOT!
