Absolute life savers when I needed accommodation fast and long term. Laura and the team are amazing!

Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed. The location, cost and customer service was excellent.

DARIO ( Did not want to give his last name , he had a voice close to a female one ) the one who looks after hours calls, he has been very rude when calling him to report noise and misbehaviour from their Guest. Remind that your Guest should be educated to the house rules and should be monitored by your services for the peacefull and enjoyment of all others unit and houses around.

We recently stayed at one of the premium properties rented through Accom Whitsunday and had a wonderful time, however after our stay were contacted by Danny saying the cleaners had noticed the washing machine was broken. Our group only used the machine for 2 small loads and didn't notice anything amiss whilst using which I relayed to him. He said no problem, he would organise a quote to fix it and we could dispute the cost if we felt this wasn't our fault. The next minute I receive an email with a payment receipt - he had just charged my card without any further update!! I contacted Danny advising I was extremely unhappy that he charged my card and he said he had finalised his investigation and found us liable. Needless to say I'm very unimpressed and would not recommend this company, this is not a way to run a business and we wouldn't book with them again.

Highly recommend, great customer service, great location of our accommodation, spacious and very liveable. Booking was an ease!

We booked accommodation through Accom Whitsunday on Hamilton Island. Unfortunately, the owner cancelled our reservation with little notice. Accom Whitsunday not only did their best to arrange alternative accommodation for us, but they also ended up reimbursing the cost of our flights as Hamilton Island was fully booked. Thank you for looking after us!

The team at Accom Whitsunday are professional, dedicated and hard working, nothing is to hard for them to achieve and they always go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended.
