No profit bad costumer service still people pay for services wish you get paid from ll

I took our boys (5 and 3) to have their teeth looked at this week. They each had a different dentist, but both were really great with the kids.

I ve been going to Access Dental and I ve had excellent experiences. It s a busy place and there are restrictions because of Covid-19 but that s true everywhere. The dentist has been knowledgeable and conscientious. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I had the worst experience at this clinic these people are not clear with what they need for proof of income . I brought in my awards letter , the only one I ve ever received! They said they wanted an updated one which I do not receive every year like the claim. I received one letter 8 years ago and have never received another letter , never! I went back and forth 3 times with these people 3 times! I will seek dental help elsewhere! What a horrible clinic to deal with.
Horrible customer service and these people are not equipped to deal with the public in any way shape or form.

This was the most horrendous dental appointment I ve ever had to endure. First I asked for laughing gas for the extraction procedure. They refused even though they give it for kids. Dr. Said if it hurts let us know and we ll stop. I yelled stop and she would not stop. I have terrible anxiety to begin with about dental work. I will not ever go there again.

Excellent staff, Everyone is there to provide the best care and experience possible. When my daughter returned from college , she and now her entire family also goes to Access. Keep up the great work!

I had been here a few times but the last few times my provider changed or was different. It was hard explaining things to a new dentist each time

Moved from Florida & they treated me lovely within pregnancy the midwifes are the best & when labor came about they were fantastic!! & the dentist were great as well only thing that sucked they rescheduled me plenty of times.

Not quite what I had hoped for a primary doctor. Not willing to listen to my concerns. Had an appointment set up never received a tele doc phone call. Overall, find yourself another primary if you are able to. You will be billed just as much as you would going to a reputable doctor.
