1 star is too much! the woman on the phone Tila Adinarayanane (Associate Manager) cut me off completely to leave me waiting like a mess. Go your way if you expect a minimum of quality in terms of customer relationship. This woman is bipolar (it looks like the devil is at home) very rude, she spoke to me as if I were her friend in the neighborhood ... thank you for hanging up on me and making fun of me because I did not agree with you how can you hire people like that who think they are allowed ???
