If your in South Florida and your looking for a company to Rent, Repair or even Purchase an MFP -- Accelerated is the only company I would ever consider choosing to do so! I am always able to reach them during business hours, they are honest, knowledgeable, courteous and complete all orders and services quickly and accurately. Our preferred technician Crawford always fixes and maintains both of our rented MFP's (Multi-Function Printers) to perform at its peak levels. ALL the staff at Accelerated has be simply wonderful to our organization! From the process of picking the machine that best suits our needs to the installation and support - seamless and ABOVE BOARD! David has been out a few times (post-install) and has been professional, accommodating, and solved the little issues we had! Russell has also been very helpful. The office staff is extremely kind and their attention to our company has been amazing! We are a small company and the machine we are leasing is small but we have been treated as if we're a Fortune 500 company!! Thanks Accelerated! You guys are fantastic!

I had a printer delivered by Russel, who was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. It was a quick and hassle free experience, and the printer we have now is working wonderfully.

This is a Fantastic Company to work with. Eric, Chris, and Bob are a pleasure to do business with. They are very good about getting back to me regarding billing and questions I had. This company has no voicemail, they do not believe in putting you on hold and transferring to different departments. The Head Quarters are conviently located in Pompano Beach no 1-800 nonsense here!

Horrific experience - leased two Canon tower machines. One of them never fully functioned. ABS technician came out a number of times and he eventually admitted there was no fix. Had to deal with not being able to properly scan for the entire life of the lease without ABS ever offering a real solution. Completely contradictory to what they state when trying to solicit your business. AND IT ONLY GETS WORSE....after lease expired, they sent us a bill for $1,000+ for outstanding service charges. In good faith (shame on us), our billing team remitted payment. After closer review, the money was for a very sneaky "auto-renewal" clause on their maintenance agreement. They collected money from us for an entire year of maintenance for machines that no longer existed!! Free money for them! A years worth of service with no machines to actually service! After attempts to contact them to resolve, they showed absolutely no interest in making things right. BEWARE! Unethical and no intent to make things right.

Going on my fourth year with ABS. Whenever we have an issue with our printer, they have someone come out same day. Never have they tried to charge me for any issue. Would highly recommend.

Some of the one star reviews seem applicable to my situation so far. I have been with this company for over 10 years that does not appear to make a difference in resolving my issue. We have had a good experience during our working relationship. Whatever issues we encountered the office manager Loretta, was able to resolve. Now, during the Pandemic, we have not been working in person, our needs are different, and our lease was coming to an end. My manager, while I was out, took care of sending a notice regarding cancellation and non-renewal for the end of the lease period. If you don t do that, they will automatically renew the lease. They automatically renewed my lease automatically anyway. Loretta stated that she did not receive it, but she would escalate the situation. I do not know why, but she never called, only emailed. She never answered the phone and rarely responded. I feel that what they are saying is that the fact that they did not get the notice is my problem. After a dozen calls, I spoke with Robert, the end of lease manager, who would "see what he could do". I sent follow up emails each day and he said he was going to have a meeting with the owner, Mauricio, last Tuesday morning to see what he could resolve. We got no call, no email, and no response since that time. Other 1 star reviews have the same theme indicating this is a ploy to never let you leave. Situation is currently ongoing.
