Dr. Downing is so wonderful. She takes a holistic approach to treatment. She truly cares about her clients and that comes out in her work. She is down to earth and cheerful.
In addition to chiropractic sessions, I completed 6 weeks of laser treatment for a scar on my arm. After 6 weeks, the scar is much lighter and the skin is softer. I am amazed to see the difference it made.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Perkins yesterday and it was the best experience I ve had in a chiropractors office!
She made sure to address all of my concerns and as she was treating different areas she explained how it would help with my concerns. I went in with shoulder pain, neck tightness and a crunching noise, and hip tightness. I left with my neck and shoulder already feeling much better and a plan moving forward to correct the issues I have including things I can do at home to help.
Also the front staff are amazing. It felt like they genuinely enjoy working there and they really made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Highly recommend!
Dr Downing has been fundamentally during my pregnancy and postpartum journey. She, in general, is an extraordinary chiropractor, and even more so for women and pregnant/new mommas.

I started going to Dr. McClain at Accelerate Health in early June when my husband and I moved to Colorado and he is also her patient! I was actually referred to this clinic specifically by my chiropractor in Wisconsin because he thought they aligned with the style of therapy which had also been helping me there. I was initially apprehensive because I loved my WI chiro and it s hard to start over with a new doctor but after just a few visits with Dr. McClain, I felt comfortable and my spinal health continued to progress and still has! I am so thrilled to say that I am now down to maintenance visits when there was a time just 6 months ago that my pain was so horrible, I could barely perform normal daily tasks. I am now able to be active doing all the things I love, including working out regularly and pain free. The continued care of Dr. McClain really means a lot and I can see how much she is personally invested in her work and finding solutions based on what works best for each individual. Dr. Downing is incredible! I first started seeing her for a pulled muscle in my back and have continued to see her ever since. Recently, she helped me recover from horrible bruising on my right arm using laser therapy! I had the bruising for two and a half weeks before seeing her and it was not improving. She taped my arm for bruising protocol and gave me three laser treatments to completely heal it! The results were incredible, fast and I am so grateful! I would highly recommend laser therapy for anyone to promote this kind of healing!!
I've been seeing Dr. Shupe for an extensor tendon tear in my right forearm for the past year. The tear was stubborn; I felt ~5% improvement to a stem cell treatment, infrared therapy and dry needling with electrical stimulation. Approximately a year later and a month after a 2nd stem cell treatment, Dr. Shupe conducted 3 sequential Shock Wave treatments. The 2nd stem cell treatment, in conjunction with Shock Wave therapy did the trick! I now feel ~90% improvement. Dr. Shupe is thoughtful, compassionate and practical. I highly recommend.
I have seen chiropractors for the last 17 years due to my scoliosis, and Dr. Downing is top tier of the 10+ that I have seen! She has relentlessly worked to customize my treatment on a weekly basis to accommodate my ever-changing ailments. The ladies up front are always wonderful and I never feel rushed during appointments!

I went to Dr. McClain after my neck, shoulder, and mid back pains became unbearable and disruptive to my every day life. After the first two weekly appointments I felt immediate results. I then suffered a strained hip flexor and saw her immediately after. My hips were back operating the following week! She's amazing at what she does.
