WHEN I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL ABOUT SENDING MY UNPAID BALANCE OF 1 MONTH TO A COLLECTION AGENCY BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO GET MY INSURANCE TO PAY FOR IT, I FIGURED I BETTER CALL SO I WOULDNT GET MY CREDIT RUINED. AFTER TALKING TO THE KIND AND UNDERSTANDING LADY ON THE OTHER END, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF CHARITY DISCOUNT BUT ONLY A DISCOUNT IF PAID IN FULL. EVEN THAT WAS ONLY 20% WHERE OTHER MEDICAL PROVIDERS GAVE AT LEAST 40%. IF THIS AMBULANCE COMPANY EVER SHOWS UP AGAIN, I WILL REFUSE TO USE THEM AND CALL ANYBODY ELSE, JUST ON PRINCIPLE.
