I had to deal with an attorney named Chad Lumley as he represented the title company in a simple refi I did with my bank. I sent many emails trying to get an answer about funds that were owed to me. He never responded and I am still confused as to whether it is the proper amount. I would highly recommend not using this law firm.
If you call this place, you better have an extension. The firm has a looping voice answering machine that will take you back to the main menu again and again even when you wait or press 0 for the operator. It seems as if they are doing their best to never answer you. It really is unprofessional especially when you are paying them.

I am currently working with firm and SunTrust bank for a mortgage refinance. The process has taken over 3 months for CEMA process. Every time I tried to reach out and was getting same pre-typed answer but no valid progress updates. The process working with them has been extremely frustrating and my note commitment and locked rate is expiring soon. I dont even know why it takes so long to procedure a couple files.
Extremely on professional. Zero communication through-out the whole process, no follow ups, does not respond to emails until the day before the closing. Fail the provide a list items needed for closing and blamed everyone else for it. Takes zero responsibility and very unapologetic. Instead of trying to find a solution to move forward, they just point fingers. DO NOT USE THEM.

Worst experience ever. Bank has a contract with this firm. Had 4 closings with them, unprofessional, disastrous communication, inaccurate numbers..just terrible every step of the way. And instead of helping... of course they always deny anything wrong. Think twice before using this firm. Attorney should give all parties involved a smooth process, But these guys... just the opposite. They will go out of their way to make problems.

The worst place to work for. Had a manager Allison Hunter who not only belittles her employees, and always on FaceTime, is miserable and expects you to know everything. She also controls the entire firm. There is no training process, no communication, favoritism in the place. Beyond unprofessional DO NOT WORK THERE! Work environment is horrible and no partner considers anything she does is incorrect. Worst place!
