Best in Class Property Manager!! I've been working with Chilon and her Team at Above All for the past 5 years. Communication is great, tenants are found quickly, listings are professional, and the interests of tenants and landlord are looked after in a fair manner. I was blessed to have this team help me through the flurry of insurance paperwork and tenant issues when a Hurricane damaged my rental property. Miscellaneous repairs are dealt with quickly and cost effectively. I recommend Chilon and Above All Property Management.
Was working with a realtor who scheduled a showing they told her they had a lot of applicants to fill out application so I did. As soon as I paid them the fee they cancelled my showing and never responded back. Idc about the apartment but give me my money back. Talk about a scam!!!! I am from out of state and this is shady business going on beware. If you call they don t answer the phone ever.
After selling our home in another state our family decided to rent. I wanted to wait to write a review of this management company because I felt only time would tell how our rental experience was going to be. Six months in and we are very satisfied! We rented our home sight unseen except for what was represented online. Thankfully this home was recently upgraded, freshly painted and was better in person than pictured.
Maintenance requests are easy to make and promptly addressed.
All I can say is Wow!!! What an awesome experience with AAPM team! They are more than professional. They have far exceeded all of our needs and were very responsive and resonable with all of our request. Chilon was not only great to work with but very diligent in meeting all of our needs. We are grateful for everything they did and are doing for us.
Today I spoke with a Chilon Anderson who stated she was the property manager of Above all Property. Which I show is a division of REMAX. I inquired about a property for rent via email and from Zillow. No response. So after no response I called the office and was told it was rented. Ok. That is cool. I asked if she could reply to my email that the property was rented. She said she would not. And was under no "Legal" obligation to do so. This was not a legal situation. I was asking as a courtesy so that I could have something for my records. I would never work with them ever! I ask that anyone who is thinking about using this company reconsider. The rudeness was unnecessary. Please work with someone who would a least have the courtesy to send a reply email on the property rented status. Which by the was is still listed as available today. So, that makes me wonder?
So in response to Ms Anderson's comment below... Since I am blocked from responding... because you wrote it does make it correct. This was my review. Please try to be more professional in the future with other potential clients. And yes I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. You are as well. Please act accordingly.
I live several states away from the property that Above All manages for me so I need to feel comfortable with what they do. They have exceeded any expectations I had. There have been no hassles whatsoever. They vetted the tenants such that there have been no issues. The rare maintenance issues have been handled by Above All with no inconvenience to me yet they have kept me informed. I would recommend them without reservation!
Chilon has done a wonderful job of managing my two rental properties for over six years. I sometimes forget about them because she and Jen handle everything so seamlessly. From finding great renters to promptly taking care of any issues that come up... I can count of their professional and thorough management. I would highly recommend Above All Property Management!
