Bought a stove delivery was good, have some difficult getting to work to my satisfaction .with great professionalism ms Neishaune Powell,from the customer service department took over my case get it fix at my convent always apologize for my inconvenient, she even call back to check if it was working to my satisfaction. 5 star for her she is an asset.

Bought a new smart TV through coolmarket and after 7 months it is completely done. The screen is gone. I contacted coolmarket and they said they don't have a TV technician only a Fridge technician so we could get a technician to look at it. I got a technician and he said it would be cheaper to buy a new TV than to fix that one which I got, he said the TV had already been opened so its not a new TV. Coolmarket said the TV is out of warranty so there is nothing that they can do. Nowhere on the site said the warranty for the TV is six months. 7 months of use for a 43 inch smart TV is unacceptable.
Never again will I shop on coolmarket.
Their customer service is unbelievable great ( not easy to find in Jamaica). Products are good and the variety is pleasing , delivery is on time . I definitely recommend trying them .

I am not one to give bad reviews unless its super bad service so i have to share my disappointment with this company. The worst service I have ever received! I ordered groceries for my mom and it took her almost three weeks to receive them, including countless calls and missing items. I had to be reaching out to them to let them know these items were not delivered. When they arrive some items were still not present and not an ounce of communication to say the items were not available, they just didn't know what was on the list. This has been over two months and to this day i have not received two items nor receive a refund. I do not know where all these good reviews are coming from, must be friends and associates because the level of care and service that was given was poorer than poor. I have moved on to Mailpac and i couldn't be happier, their level of professionalism is A plus. I even tried to give them some time to reach out to me because i had stated the problem, but after 2 months they surely do not care.

Found this Cool Deals on CoolMarket, from Island Coffe Cafe for about $900, it was super delicious. Ackee wrap with melted cheese topped off with an ultra moist chunky brownie and flavored latte....this lunch special was the bombs!! Didn't get the option to choose delivery date for my order it went through before hand but that wasn't a problem at all I contacted them the rep..Nieshaune was great she updated the date for my delivery and I got my order even earlier on the date than expected from the courier ... great customer service.. looking forward to doing more business with you guys.
