Great customer service. My son and I are going home now , and we had the most amazing experience here. Staff is very informative and helpful. Dr. Dean is amazing . Very nice, clean and organized center.
Not even a patient here. I'm sitting in the waiting room for a family member...and the customer service is terrible. Kind of unprofessional and may need some training in how to speak to patients when in a medical setting. Also, we had an appt. at 8 for a procedure that takes under an hour...it's now 11 o'clock and still waiting. Saddening.
Amazing! Everyone was absolutely incredible. I started with my pre-op nurse Joanne who was fantastic at getting things done efficiently and tried to help me calm down in the process. I was so scared due to a previous bad experience..and she was great! Next my CNRA Diane Fous came to walk me back to the OR and she was nothing short of amazing so calm and reassuring. Thank goodness I was asleep throughout the procedure and woke up to my wonderful PACU nurse Steph. I also can't forget Dr Venk who was awesome through it all as well. All of these ladies and gentlemen really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Thank you, thank you thank you

First time here as a patient and the entire staff was amazing they made me feel as ease prior to my procedure and even called the next day to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend if you get to choose a facility to have your procedure done please choose Abington surgical center they will take care of you and you will not regret it!!!!

I am so pleased with the results of my eyelid surgery at Abington with Dr Clark. I believe I am the 7th person in my circle of family and friends to have this procedure. The entire staff without fail is extraordinary.
The staff is very friendly and professional, and facilities are nice. BUT...shop around for routine services. I got a 2 minute routine x-ray that I was charged $770 for. No one can explain the rationale behind this contracted rate, and no one cares whether something so routine costs $100 or $1000 for their patients / insurance co. No accountability for costs, not coming here again.
I have been in health care my entire working life. Everyone I dealt with at Dr Frances Clark office and the Abington Surgery Center epitomize the best medicine can provide. Dr Clark sets the high standards, and everyone from the staff, anesthesia, was polite, comforting, and professional. I am now blessed with inconceivable awesome vision.

On both occasions everyone I encountered at the center from beginning to end was most professional, caring , and efficient. The expertise of dr. Clark and the final results were incredible. Hello, my name is Kimberly Kearns and I had transforaminal injections at L4 to help intense chronic left leg sciatica pain. I have had 5 major spinal surgeries thus far. In addition, i have had over 10 sets of injections with little to no relief due to severity of my low back. Everything changed when i met Dr.Jeffrey Jaffe at SEPA. He was one of the first doctors who studied my complex case PRIOR to my appointment and not once did he look at me asking, "why are you here?" I immediately had no fear with the incredibly caring, straighforward, genuine & in the way he explained & taught me exactly what he was going to do mannerism of Dr. Jaffe. I should preface, after last round of shots, I told my boyfriend and Mom I'm never doing shots again. Dr. Jaffe changed everything...he is so approachable and kind.
Today I did great with anesthesia. I was greeted by a wonderful front desk employee also named Kim. Very professional, kind & caring. She processed me in a very timely fashion. The OR team were exceptional. The post op team of nurses were above par...caring, kind and reassuring me I was all done in the OR...just made me feel so relieved. I could also tell that they worked very well together while maintaining excellent care to not just myself but each patient around me! I was given ice cold ginger ale and shortbread cookies as a snack then was released to my beautiful Mom & boyfriend...not such a bad experience at all! Dr. Jaffe, I thank you to the moon & back & to your skilled staff...yipeeee! I had lost all hope in injections and today you changed that! Accompanied my husband to the Surgical Center today. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, professional and caring. I see that some reviewers complained about the waiting time, but this can happen for good reasons involving patient care and unexpected events . Our timing was excellent. Thanks to all.

I recently had cataract surgeries at this center using the most advanced technology called ORA.
I can not believe the quality of my vision after surgery.
I recommend this center & Dr Francis Clark, M.D., the surgeon , to get the best in technology.
I understand they are the only center in the area to provide this advanced technology.
Had a procedure scheduled for 10:30am and wasn't seen until 2pm. Very over crowded, cleanliness is something one would expect at a surgical center but it obviously is not a priority for this place. The staff behind the desk was checking into a billing concern and I had to make several follow-up calls. It's now been 8 weeks and my issue is still not resolved AND still no call back from the staff. Forced to give 1 star by google otherwise I wouldn't have starred this facility at all.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. From the moment I walked into the center, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was extremely nervous as this was my first surgery and the nurses were beyond friendly. They talked to me and comforted me and made sure I felt better. I'm so glad I chose this center for my surgery!
Was told to return to the parking lot at 9:45 when surgery will be completed. It is 12:30 with no communication from the surgical staff to update me what is going on or how much longer I will be waiting to pick up my husband. We had to drive 2 hours to be here at 7:30 am. He was still waiting at 10:30. Very unprofessional.
Top notch care, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors and clean facilities. Not much more you can ask for from a surgical center. I highly recommend.
I am extremely disappointed in the scheduling department. I was told that I would receive a phone call with pre op time and instructions the day before my surgery. I am to have cataract surgery tomorrow Monday. It is Sunday night and I have not yet spoken to anyone regarding my pre op procedure and instructions or time of my surgery. I have tried calling but they are closed and can t even leave a message for a call back. They need to be re trained in patient care and correspondence. A verbal confirmation with a patient is a must!
I'm here with someone else his appointment was 10:15and it's. 11:42 am now in we're still waiting to go in the back that's crazy I talk to one of the lady up front and they said it will be about an Hour
