When I first sought assistance, I had high hopes for the support I would receive. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. The communication was lacking, and I often felt left in the dark about my care plans. 🕵️♂️ The support workers who came were kind, but the organization behind them seemed disorganized and unresponsive to my needs. I found myself frequently following up to get answers, which added to my frustration. 😔 I appreciate the effort of the individual staff, but the overall coordination and management leave much to be desired.
