First time in Austin. Heard great things about the place. Got there, was having a GREAT time, until a bartender passes by. I asked her about her haircut- expecting a friendly conversation. Next thing you know I m getting refused service. The story was I made the bartender uncomfortable . Being a bartender for 5+ years and a business owner for 3, I complained, explaining the whole story to the manager. He agreed with me that the bartender was wrong. 2 hours after my 8 person party and myself sat, had diner and drinks- spending approx $350- the manager had still done and said absolutely nothing. Needless to say- myself and the 7 people I was with will NEVER revisit this establishment. Customer service is everything.

They need to let people know that they can't handle the clientele, I've been there about alot and the service has been ok. They always mess up orders, but if your going for drinks and are drunk this is the place. Food is usually cold and takes forever. Judge for yourself.

Great restaurant with great view if lake. Personnel are great, helpful and professional. Salmon food with asparagus is my favorite. Great taste of beers they have. Queso and chips for starter is delicious. Good place for kids, nice music and atmosphere.

I dont do this often...but Its gotta be said.

So after years of working in resturants, loving to eat with family in restaurant....this was almost the worst experience....

Food was OVER priced and we are sure 2/3 of Trio app came from a jar. Our waiter forgot to water us as we sat in 99 degree heat outside on the lake, tho other wait staff had no problem taking care of their tables....

I ran to the bathroom...at which time I passed and I saw the beverage station ...disgusting, water all over floor and smelled like rotting food... . When I walked in the bathroom....it was even worse...unkempt, mold on a lower wall, unclean, just GROSS. I WAS always told that if the bathrooms were disgusting, so is the kitchen by my chef friends and owners of restaurants.

The food came, and we were told they were 'understaffed' while we saw many staff members not doing much but talking to one another....really?!?!

We BOTH ordered Austin Burgers Medium Rare, after clarifying that they WOULD cook them that way. I ordered a side salad.
Both burgers were WELL DONE. Greg's had almost rotted lettuce, as did my salad. Cukes were OLD. Also buns were stale....

We would NEVER come back nor EVER recommend anyone. Also, no manager to talk to so here it is.....

Although it was a cloudy day, the setting was still nice and I thought the food was great! The reviews here weren t stellar so I was a little hesitant but I m glad we went. My expectations were far surpassed. The mozzarella sticks looked homemade and were delicious!

I wish I could do 0 stars don t even know where I begin. First off 2 people puked and it smelled terrible. The bathroom was outrageously dirty. when we walked in to get seated all of the tables where empty but it was an HOUR wait. then after we waited to get seated we wanted to sit in a booth and mind you there where 5 empty huge booths and our waters had to check with her manager to seat us and she was just at the counter talking to her college while we have been waiting for and HOUR AND A HALF. So we just left and said ti the lady this is ridiculous we are leaving and we will never come back and she just rolled her eyes and smiled

Always a good experience here! First time having their brunch, while I think they could have more options ...still great food. The Bloody Mary and mimosa specials on Sundays are great! Diverse menu is a plus! If you get a chance to sit on the patio I highly recommend to capture the beautiful view. Shot out to Kay Lee for being a great bartender/server. Always knew when to check on us. 5 stars to her customer service! Cheers!

If you are a tourist never go to this place!!! They refused to serve alcohol because me and my friends didn t have an Texas ID. We are Brazilians who lives in Atlanta (GA), and we are all age 25. We showed our IDs from
Brazil AND from Georgia and they didn t accepted any, called us liars and made a scene at the restaurant. It was reallu humiliating!!!

Mix it up, enjoy the views. I went here for a playoff football game. It obviously isn't a sports bar but they held their own. The sound was turned up and their TV situation is great. The food is passable and the big mixed drinks aren't a horrible deal at 10 dollars. Throw in the view (only comparable to the Oasis complex up north) and you have a winner. No one gets out cheap but sometimes taking in ATX's beauty is worth a few dollars. Top pick for taking an out of town friend to

Service was very lacking. Food was good. Took a long time to get the food. Person that brought the water and the food out should choose a different profession. The waiter that took the order was good.
