I had a wonderful experience!! My car sales representative was Khalil Davis & he was awesome! I truly appreciated all of his help. He was honest & truthful with all the details and when he said he would do his best to help me, he did just that!! I was truly pleased with the service I received. Biggest a**holes I ever met. I was one minute late and instead of being polite and saying to come in the morning some fat guy who really looks like he needs to shower have me an attitude and told me that they didn't want my money.

I will never buy another vehicle from this shady company. They over charge, take random payments from you, even though you pay in full every month. I spoke with a manager and they claimed none of the extra payments I made went to late fees it all went towards the principal balance. I was never behind. I only had late fees. I am being over charged and ripped off. Please do not ever purchase anything from this company.

Everyone get's to the point when they need a car and cant get one because of financing or don't have thousands of dollars on hand. We called ABC and talked with Al and told him what we had and what we were looking for( 500 dollars and needed a four wheel drive ) he said Ill call you right back,,,,, well he did and said I can get you in one come on up...get this their office was 100 miles away from us and we had no problem driving it thanks AL and ABC MotorCredit My wife loves her new 2008 Ford Escape 4X4 well worth the drive . Good people, good cars! The sale reps listened to what I wanted and care about my concerns. The financing was quick and easy. I definetly recommend them, especially if your building your credit........ ** Update** worst finance company ever! The people who sold me the car was nice helpful and all of that. But the finance people out in Akron is the absolute worst. The Reps are unprofessional and rude. One time they thought they put me on hold and I heard the rep calling me cursed names. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau. In another time somehow they conference in another customer on the phone while I was giving you my personal information. I do not recommend them

Keisha got mad because I didn t want to pay a high payment for a car less quality than what I was approved for from another lot she got loud and embarrassed me in front of everybody they re not there to help just make sales and the cars are not worth it. She was very unprofessional I would never recommend them to anyone

I was just involved in a hit and run car was totaled. I needed a vehicle to get back and forth to both of my jobs. Came in and was helped by Chris, great customer service. My credit wasn't the best but it took them less the 2hrs to get me into a nice vehicle. The only thing is that I'm paying more than what I was paying for my previous vehicle and it was nicer vehicle but I also didn't put down as much either. But they are true to word guaranteed approval.

Update 7/21/20: after having my car for less than a month I found it EXTREMELY disheartening to learn front he warranty dept that my salesman misrepresented the warranty to me. Really disappointed as I fell for his sales pitch hook line and sinker. Disappointed with the lack of care or concern with my vehicles condition considering the origin of the problem can be traced back to the on sight shop at the Bedford location. Just disappointed.
by saying this: I was NOT an easy person for my salesman Henry to deal with. I had been having the WORST time trying to find a car and I wasn't ready to hear any more salesman BS... BUT... I am so thankful I chose to actually give Henry a chance to live up to his word. He said he would get me a car and he worked hard. He kept in mind what I had said I wanted, what I could afford; and he came out with options for me. It was an enjoyable and fun experience at the Bedford location and it definitely surpassed my expectations. If you are looking for a car with bad credit or a low down payment, do yourself a favor and give Henry at ABC Bedford a chance. It will well worth the time.

I should have read the reviews before going here. The sale lady told me if I had a problem with my car it would be fixed. BUT ALL LIES!!!!!!! Have a first of all my suv burned 2 quarts of oil a week ( if not more) was told that s not part of the warranty. Had the wiper motor fixed after paying 100 dollars and 2 weeks later the wipers stoped working again. Was told to take it back but in 3 weeks. Now have a exhaust leak so had to replace the whole exhaust out of my pocket. Do not know why I have a Lisa warranty if it does no good. This place is a ripoff.

Shameka and Dominique will take care of you and get you rolling. They are upfront and honest and you won't walk out the door feeling like you got shafted. I highly recommend these two sales ladies. The atmosphere is laid back, good tunes on the radio and good vibes overall.

I had just brought a car and the gas pump went out on it. But ABC handled the situation they got us a tow and into a loaner car until my new car was fixed. They triple inspected the car to make sure everything was A ok and they kept it for another day just to make sure all the kinks were fixed. Shamika Bonner was a great sales representative she made the buying a new process very easy and got us exactly what we needed and wanted for a great price. I will be recommending ABC MOTORS to all my family and friends.
