I went to recharge my fire extinguisher. They offered recharge for under $20. It had a plastic nozzle, and they explained that it was not reusable. No worries, the very pleasant lady offered advice that I buy a rechargeable extinguisher, and since it's for my home, twice the size. All that for about twice the cost of the recharge. She also showed me how to give the new extinguisher an annual inspection, and even took my old extinguisher to recycle it.
