A road and a crossing. That show on the Beatles' "Abbey Roaad" album cover. The sad thing is that the town hall killed its historical value by changing the markings.

Tried to get a photo on the crossing, but it was very busy.
Visitors should know that Abbey Road is still a recording studio so the inside is out of bounds to the public. However the shop is great with very friendly staff.
It's great that people are encouraged to write on the wall right outside.
Recorded 3 songs . Proud to be one of relatively few to have recorded there !
I already have been there 4 times I like the T-SHIRTS and little objects ....
I would love to visit them, period ... it must be an evocative place in life you never know
So cool...loads of tourists pissing off commuters doing the crosswalk, great little gift shop with cool.swag
Legendary place to be. Inhouse engineers are amazing and very accommodating.
A popular spot for Beetles fans. Dice with the cars on the pedestrian crossing to have your picture taken. Beware that the traffic does not always stop !!!! Just down the road is the Abbey road gift shop where you can purchase mementos.
Abbey Road is known as the Beatles' street. It is certainly worth taking a photo in this range !!! A good tip is to take care of the less peak time to take the photo !!!
The best experience of my life. So very lucky to have recorded here. Thank you to all involved xx
An unforgettable and unforgettable place for any Beatles fan. Really nostalgic! Crossing the track, watching the studio (entry is forbidden) is really cool! Not to mention the challenge of trying to reproduce the album cover with all those cars passing by, as there is no traffic light nearby !!
It's a good place full of history where you can get things from your favorite artists. The employees could be a little bit nicer though
Authentic Abbey Road Studios. The outside wall full of messages and dedications. A pity not being able to organize guided tours etc and you can only visit the official souvenir shop right next door.
the original zebra crossing has moved up the road........
A magical place. Where so many celebrities from the world of music have passed. A must in London
If you're interested in music history this is quite an experience. Events here are rare and quite expensive but still worthwhile - sitting in front of the mixing desk in the studio 2 control room isn't something you do every day!
Remember the famous records recorded here, take the opportunity to leave your message on the wall in front of the studio.
Very close by, close to the corner, take the opportunity to register your photo crossing the street as the Beatles did. If you are with family or friends, it will be fun for sure, but be careful, look both ways, the traffic in the region is a little busy and there are drivers who may not be in the same mood.
Pass if you come to London
It must be early enough because many people want to cross this street.
It's okay the vehicles are gone ...
Feel good factor, ****give you that feeling some thing great happened here, I will return, not a place to rush. @t time very busy need a lollipop man or woman???? Gggo online Abbey road studios hear the sounds, see the inside of a real working studio still making hits movies ,4 DDD? Google getting you closer.
At the 50th anniversary of the dissolution of the Beatles, Abbey Road was crowded enough to see the sidewalk again.
I did not go to see, everything was closed. Do not take my note into account. Real fans will love the moment.
REally cool place but they are missing a trick in not opening the studios. We would have paid for a tour if they had one.
Of course any Beatles fan in London has to go see the Studios and the zebra crossing. I don't think the locals like the traffic backed up as everybody is walking across the street. But I assume they're somewhat used to it by now. There's now an Abbey Road Studio gift shop, on the right, beside the studios with a lot of nice Abbey Road, and Beatles music themed things to purchase. Nearest tube stop is Saint John's Wood. It's about a 10-minute walk slightly uphill to the studios. I can post a lot more pictures of what it looks like but then I would ruin the excitement of you seeing with your own eyes the origin of Abbey Road cover.
Think you can come here with your mates and re-enact the famous Beatles album cover? Think again! If I see you pissing about on the zebra crossing when I m out cruising around, I ll beep the horn as a warning. It s up to you if you move.
The shop is a must for music lovers especially the Beatles. Lots of inspired gifts for sale.
Small shop where you can buy merchandise. Pretty interesting if you are a beatles or big music lover. Otherwise not a must see
You must stop by the Abbey Store, they have a couple of interesting stuff to buy. The road has a lot of traffic, but it's an interesting and famous site.
It is a kind of temple for music fans. Fo the rest it is normal zebra crossing...
The shop at Abbey Road Studios is very shy, with few items, but it serves for the Beatlemaniacs to take a souvenir of the visit to this unmissable tourist spot. They have discs, key chains, ankle boots, shirts, stickers and puzzles, among other items. Lego's famous Yellow Submarine was missing.
Dream for fans! Don't forget to visit the studio store, which is next door, to buy souvenirs and learn more about this legendary studio!
Icon for those who are connected to music. Very cool shop!
Typical place to make a touch. Just to take some pictures.
A small way but full of fans
No street lights so pay attention to safety
Beatles fans can not miss attractions
Place you must visit if you like the Beatles! Many people
I didn't visit it internally but only externally. Creepy ... nice place.
Whilst the Studios themselves aren't open to the public, their surroundings are, including the famous zebra crossing. Refreshingly, graffiti are welcome along the walls outside the Studios, and a visit to the adjacent shop is also worthwhile for Beatles fans (small, inexpensive souvenirs are abundant - there is no need to spend a lot of money unless you really like the look of the most expensive objects: a mini recording machine - see photos). I visited the Studios' surroundings whist on the London Rock Tour organised by Access All Areas, booked via Trip Advisor).
Anyone who grew up on the Beatles and is on a visit to London must cross my father's path in the half-way passage on the cover of the record
A must-visit place for lovers of Lennon and the company.
Famous for The Beatles but more famous for Edward Elgar perhaps.
It's a great experience to be where the famous Beatles recorded.
Mythical recording studios and iconic image of one of the most famous albums in the world ....
If you love The Beatles and the music history. Along with others who used Abbey road studios this is a must see.
Studios where beetle's made successful musics and to where fans make pilgrimage and pay homage
A nice place for all Beatles fans.
Tip = take an Edding, then you can legally spread a message on the white-black wall.
I was here. I now can leave this world knowing that have seen what I needed to see.
Very easy place to get to from midtown 2 bus transfers..staff is excellent
It is mandatory to take a photo at the crosswalk, I have not visited the studios and the souvenir shop is interesting although somewhat expensive.
Great to see this studio. Would love to come and see the studio inside sometime
Like a dream. Magical. For a Beatlefan needed no rating. For a non-beatle it is a house and about 100 meters away is a zebra crossing.
Emotionally unmissable place for every Beatles fan!
The Beatles - stand on hallowed ground - what else is there to say
Mandatory pass for lovers of good music. Very exciting visit.
