I booked ticket to Bangalore from Dindigul in Parv...
I booked ticket to Bangalore from Dindigul in Parveen Travel. I received call that bus was cancelled. I traveled by paying separately in another bus. No official SmS / WhatsApp Messenger about cancelling bus.
No information about refund of my money.
When complained via email, they asked about travel details. I sent but no response.
