Nothing but extreme professionalism and a vast knowledge of pools. From start to finish our pool experience was outstanding. Mike and the installation crew worked extremely hard and the finished product is beyond our expectations. Paul was so patient and great to work with, that I would 100% recommend purchasing your pool from this company. We did so much research, and I m so thankful we decided to go with Aaron pools. Once everything was complete we were given expert demonstrations on how things work. Just the nicest group of people, I honestly can t say enough about how happy we are. This guys had checked my pool for water leaking and I paid 75 dollars for home to come my home and the only thing i got from him is talking a little bit and suspected that there is a leaking at skimmer!
Suspecting? Seriously? Then why do I need to pay you and u didnt do any kinds of checking up! No checking up, no liquid checking at only by his unprofessional experience?

Walked in and was greeted at the door. I was looking for pool floats and an employee showed me what they had and answered the questions that I had.

Paul and his entire team go above and beyond for the customer. They converted my pool over to a salt system last season and made sure I was comfortable with the operation and maintenance. Just today they came to close my pool and we discovered that mice had eaten through my cover while in storage, they went out of their way to come back this afternoon and finish the job. A+ service, A+ prices and an A+ family owned business.

3 times requested,service for a spa I bought from them years ago . U wait they come stay for 12 minutes leave then send u,a bill for 60.00 dollars nothing fixed!!! What would u call that? Scam maybe?

Never I repeat Never buy anything from this place. They do not stand behind anything they sell and customer service here is the worst than anywhere I ve ever been.

I spoke with the owner, Paul who was very honest and informative with me about what my needs were and the total cost of ownership for a swim spa. To heat a large swim spa for the winter in New England could... and I emphasis could, could be very expensive. He suggested that I either use the system at a cooler temp in the winter to lessen the electrical cost or purchase a smaller system. Or, if affordable, go with two independent systems, one smaller unit for warm therapy year round, and a smaller swim spa for the warmer months. The unit I was interested in used a total of 1900-2000 gallons of water which is great for swimming but expensive to heat in the winter. Or, I could go with a smaller tub of 325 gallons which is much less to heat, and purchase a smaller swim area that would be used for the warmer months. Plenty of water to keep cool in the summer but drained during the winter months. He was realistic in electrical usage for tubs and spas and provided a possible range of electrical costs in my area based on water temp. As I stated, he was quite informative. Time to rethink my pool/tub strategy! Thanks Paul!

From a hot tub to pool chemicals and even a Big Green Egg I ve purchased it all from Aaron Pools and Spas. They are the Best in the business ! There products are second to none and their service is always professional . They support you as a customer for life . No reason to shop anywhere else.

I was helped by one of Paul's son's today, and all I can say is that he's just like his father when it comes to customer service, EXCELLENT! I had to replace a part of my filter, he told me if I had any problems to bring the part back and he would install it for. Just had my second pool installed by Aaron Pools. Paul was so helpful and patient in figuring out the right pool for my yard. The installation crew did an exceptional job and in my opinion they went above and beyond. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I've dealt with other pool companies and Aaron Pools is by far the best in customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The men who came to clean my pool put gasoline in my pool thinking it was pool chlor altough they should've smelled it and noticed the oil in the pool, they continued pouring. Once they left there was a strong smell outside and i did not know what it was only after i swam in the pool and my skin got irritated. Now my water, filters and everything are ruined due to the gas.

Good customer service, honest and don't try selling products you do not need

Aaron Pools and Spas just replaced an Inground pool liner, filtration and salt generation system for us. They have been a pleasure to deal with from day one. Their customer service is second to none. Paul guided us through the entire decision making process. His service crew were professional, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Despite all the restrictions with Covid19 and the backlog of work orders, everyone treated us with patience and expertise as if we were the only ones they had to deal with. Had our pool for over 30 years our original liner and replacement liner never looked this good . Installers did an excellent.

They have a good selection, but the staff is very snobby and inattentive. They seemed bothered by customers and have little personality for the most part. Despite this, they have a wide variety of reasonably priced products and knowledge of them.

We recently bought our first pool from Aarons Pool and Spa and are overly impressed with our experience. The staff was amazing, very informative and extremely helpful. Our 4 yr old son's eyes lit up watching the pool install and the staff went over and beyond and were so good with him, Just an all around amazing experience. Highly recommended!
