I thought this was gonna be a good fit for me until they made me feel like all I could do is work without having a day off. If you get sick after you had two days off was not something I planned to do..don't threaten me with being charged for a room after I already left. I hope you have fun filling all those shifts
Best staff and management! They always have work available. Local and non local work if you're a nurse who loves to travel. I would extremely recommend AACO Nursing Agency :)
I love working for Aaco! My personal life doesn't permit me to work in a FT position due to some demands. When I have the chance to go and fill shifts they are always very quick to help me find work. I have never felt uneasy with being on the road while traveling because I know they have my back! Great staff always friendly never rude!
This was my first time working for a agency like this and I didn t realize they act like they own you.
They call non stop on your days off and if they can t get a hold of you the hotel front desk will just come inn your room. They don t care if your sick or tired you are just a body to them.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Their communication is horrible. They try to triple confirm shifts but then don t even have your schedule right and it comes off more as harassment then wanting to be correct. They tell you that you ve agreed to shifts that you haven t. And they refuse to pay mileage after you ve already driven home and gone back to assignment because they don t pay mileage for you to go home for personal reasons , even though every time you go home it would be for personal reasons.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Aaco has the worst communication, half the time they don t know the schedule themselves. You have to beg and beg them to even email you your schedule. They don t care about your health, if you re sick they will force you to go in or threaten your job. You re just a body there to make money for them. If you re thinking about this job, don t. Trust me, you ll be better off without the drama and stress aaco brings to your life.
HR and receptionists are very helpful and wonderful people. They help to walk you through the hiring process with patience and great detail. HR gets you working quickly without giving you the run arounds. Great place to work for!
I have been working for this agency since 1990 off and on. They have always been very helpful and fair. The staff is very friendly and never been rude. This agency is nice to work for. They treat people with respect and try their hardest to accommodate everyone s needs. I strongly recommend them.
Horrible pay know your worth! Don t take low pay garbage! Not only that they will put you in the worst motel! Then thier mileage pay to travel is the lowest of pays ever! Horrible agency!
