Made an appointment online and got my Real ID driver's license quickly and easily.

I went to AAA I'm West Springfield MA today to get my certificate of registration for my Harley-Davidson motorcycle. A beautiful and knowledgeable young lady by the name of Kiara took care of me. I had a great experience at AAA. Keep up the good work Kiara. AAA has a great employee.

Massive attuide issues with everyone. Horrible serivce. Called 4 times with a pre paid membership to have nobody show up.

It was a very nice, the people where nice. And the deals having this AAA are great. Can't wait to travel and use my card.

I had the best driver. Darius was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Even tho he was close to ending his shift, he took one last call. Darius was outstanding. He picked up my car and brought it to my service center. If I need to call AAA in the future, I will ask for Darius's assistance. Thank you again Darius! Thank you AAA!

Arrived to pick up my TripPIK after calling it in two weeks before.Not ready."Wait we mailed it."Oh we thought you said Cleveland."Clearly they have no clue and this was AFTER calling it in.Still had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me,and soon the line was out the door.Agent never offered the Travel guide books which I specifically asked for.Then I was only given one of three.Why?No plastic bag to put the maps and books in.Budget cuts,covid outbreak?Where are all the employees?

AAA in W.Springfield has wonderful staff. Had to go get my Real ID license. Went quick and smoothly. Yes I had to get an appointment in advance which was hard as they were booked, so i had to keep looking everyday until I found an available date. But once you schedule, easy going from that point on.

Great service!! but I could never give 5 stars to an insurance company and rmv.
