AAA Oregon AutoSource Review

My husband and I went through AAA AutoSource Oregon broker service to help us purchase our new mini-van, and I can't recommend the service or our broker, Tommy Wilson Jr., enough. Tommy took all the stress out of the process, taking care of paperwork, even bringing a van to us to test drive! Best of all, he got us an incredible deal. We were overjoyed by the ease and simplicity of the whole process and agreed we will never buy a car at the dealership again! Thank you!

Just got my first car from them. Glad I did some research and found them. Worked with Eric Christensen and he was excellent. Only bad thing is they are not open on weekends, but Eric answered his cell when I called on Saturday and set me up Monday morning. Not really a dealership and none of the BS that goes with one. Mike Taylor with AAA Auto Source was super helpful in our selection and purchase of a car for our college grad. Mike carefully listened to the requirements came up with a short list of candidate vehicles, and had them all brought to his office, so all we had to do was show up, and we had 4 test drives in one hour! Once we made the final selection, Mike prepared all the paperwork, and had it all ready for us. The second meeting took literally 15 minutes, and we were on our way with the new car. It's so good to not have to submit to the dealer's games of back-and-forth with the sales manager, and all their upselling attempts. Great for a new car but when I needed help for a used car my request was back-burnered and lost in the shuffle with zero follow up. I ended up buying two used cars and spending $25k on my own without their help so it was a waste of time to ask for it.

AAA Autosource is a great bonus for AAA members (even worth the yearly membership if you are thinking of buying a car). Brian Owens took a great deal of time working with me. He listened to what I wanted in a used car, answered all of my endless questions, explained me through each step of the way, found the car that I want, test drove it with me, checked out the details of its history and then haggled with the dealer for me for a really great price.
