The staff is great and very friendly. I had an accident and within 3 months it was resolved. Some cases may take longer, but it all depends on the clients willingness to cooperate and how cooperative the insurance companies are. When you sign up they tell you that they will try their best and if you do everything correct, it will help speed up the process. Some cases can take longer, depending on the amount of work needed to be done. Patience is key, but I guarantee that they will help you in the end. Highly recommend them.

This place and its staff are a joke! I've been working in a joint effort with AAA Legal Services staff for just over three years now on a personal injury case of mine. I was involved in a serious car crash where there was significant damage to both vehicles involved, and there were injuries attained from the crash as well. This case should have been short, sweet, and simple, but yet, here we are, three years later, still battling...
I understand that some cases can be more complicated than others, but I have sought out other attorneys opinions' on my case in particular, and all are dumbfounded when they hear what's going on with my case and this Law Firm.
I'm always promised call backs and emailed copies of all documents and, thus far, I have yet to receive even ONE call back and/or and documents in regards to my case. I'm always the one to make the calls in order to follow up on my case and check statuses where I then get excuses as to why we have not progressed. Same excuses are given over and over again.
I'm running out of time and AAA Legal Services has been noting but a WASTE of my time...
