Fast and Friendly. I had never bonded anyone out before, they explained the process over the phone while I was driving in from out of town. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and my son and I were headed home.

First off this business is listed 24 hours. Yes I know I contacted this individual at a early time (5:00) but well, it's a Bail Bondsman. . And if your listed at 2 hours on your website than you would think you would be used to a call at any given time of day or night. This woman was so unprofessional I couldn't even get her to understand the situation that my husband was in. She bluntly stated she was not interested, only because he wasnt from HERE, but technically it's stated that they can represent you if you have a paying job and has been a resident of the county for at least 6 months. My husband was a correctional officer for the state of Texas. He has a clean background. He was picked up on a Warrant but the charge,date, and crime he was suppose to commit is completey impossible for him to be found guilty of and there's proof. She didn't want to hear anything, she was talking with an attitude and hurrying to get off the phone. In my opinion if your going to run a business, than do it like you enjoy your job, and I wouldn't of been so pissed off at the so called woman if she would have used better words with me and different tone. She literally hung up on me. If anyone happens to ever experience face to face contact with this lady, maybe you should tell her to try decaf. And not be such a prude@$$ trust me my contact list is very long and they will hear about the horrible over the counter experience I had with this lady!
