Did my course back in July and still haven't received my certificate. Phoned 7 times now and keep getting told no one is around to speak to me. Avoid this company!!
I finally had my certificate delivered but it took this review for things to happen. Apparently they couldn't get hold of me even tho I had given them two contact numbers and my email address. They got hold of me every quickly after the review above. If only the urgency had been this strong 5 months ago.
I have done my - Door supervisor course here. Much better than the one on gold Street. Barry is great teacher he is really supportive and always explained everything to me and others. I enjoyed his lessons and will be doing more courses with this company in future.
