I recently needed assistance with my visa application, and I have to say, the experience left much to be desired. The communication was often unclear and I found myself waiting for responses longer than expected 📅. When I did receive updates, they were not as thorough as I had hoped, leading to confusion about the status of my application. The process felt overly complicated, and I had to follow up multiple times to get basic information 🔍. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the level of service I received, and I wouldn't recommend them for visa help.
