Great customer service and a great company to work with all the way around. Been buying from them for 10 years now

the $1800 DuraMac 1.5 unit has some cheap components, the bushing for the transducer is cheap plastic and was broken on arrival. see other reviews with the same problem. flow switch came apart after 1 day and when i contacted the manufacturer they got very defensive and started accusing me of improper use but refused to comment on how that could cause the switch to come apart. just kept tellkingto contact the seller while insisting the unit was not defective. for what reason do i need to contact the seller for if its an application issue? something shady is going on here they are clearly hiding something

There is absolutely zero lead in their metal, which is actually hard to find. Their product streams are ON POINT. Non-leaded materials are graded below .1%, this establishment has zero.

I'm a contractor that let's the plumbing jobs to the plumber.Except when it comes to my house and I've seen really good valves and hosebibs from A Y McDonald-Last year I had a frost free unit goback and without a problem they sent out a new one. Great way to work with customers.
