I just want to share my worst experience with Mr. Pratik Parmar, agent at Baroda, Gujarat. The guy took money to process two files for PR visa, mentioning that the charge for one file will be refunded when the other file goes for final visa processing. Now my PR is done . Its been six months I am trying to contact Mr. Pratik Parmar. But no reply at all. Doesnt receive calls. No response to text messages. Literally I feel like that was just a game played with me, to get money out of me for two files, even when Pratik knew that only one file would be processed. I just want to know, that even we work hard and earn. . Never imagined that the guy being so professional in the very first meeting
Would eventually turn out to be selfish and completely unprofessional.
I just want my money back for one file which is not processed. For which I was promised by Pratik that I will get 70% refund. ..which has never out to be working in any way. No updates from Pratik. Nothing. Its like for him , I think the way it works out is , the moment he has got the money. Its done. This is my last try to reach u guys. If this doesnt work. I would not be ashamed to take u guys to legal actions approaching via consumer forum.

I have been working here from last 2 years. I am really enjoying my work. Our work environment is cool and my colleagues are really helpful if I stuck in some problem they help me in every possible manner. Thank you all.

I am so happy today as I got my Invitation. All this credit goes to Apex visas and team. I would surely refer my friends who is looking for migration to abroad.

Third class visas services rendered by them and their charges are much higher than prevalent market rates. They have a system of over do the paper work to justify the costs.
First they will lire you that they will get you visa but usually they are unable to keep their word and they will start ignoring you. Later on if you seek refund then they will quote the agreement clauses , will cite that visa issuance is government decision and all but eventually they will fail to admit their mistakes. They believe in making quick bucks and then leave at your own course. Despite of bad ratings I opted their services because of false promises and fake statements stating that they have this number of branches. These words should travel to the owner otherwise they will be taken to task under the ambit of laws. WORST VISA service provider I have ever seen. Even Street agents are much better than them. Guys don t trust ever these fake and dumb people. WORTHLESS, INEFFICIENT , , INCOMPETENT, IGNORANT, CARELESS PEOPLE!!!

I have received pr for Canada. My case processor Ms. Chetna has done great job. She also kept reminding me whenever there was a delay from my end and kept me regularly updated with the latest news from the Govt.. I am extremely pleased with the support and guidance I have received from the team assigned to me. Thank you so much Apex and Team.
