We have been dedicated with AmStan now for a little over a month. We service about 5 dedicated shipments a week. So far our experience as a carrier has been more than excellent. The team environment, ease of communication, the relationships with carriers, respect and ability to work trough issues has been unmatched in this industry. Angie has been professional, specific on her requirements and more than accommodating on delivery requests. What a class act company from the top down. Looking forward to working with you guys for years to come. Thank you for your hard work and keeping us busy!

booked load we them never sent RC they kept lying, sent us address to go pickup a load , after we got there they cancelled load , 30 min after we left called us that load was back on , very bad company

I always have great experiences when scheduling shipments through AmStan. Very attentive and reliable. They always take care of every need and are very prompt when information is needed. I will continue to use this company for years to come.

Our very first time working with this company and broker rep Brad LeConey gave us the run around on our questions but demanded with sarcastic comments that we do what he tells us to do. He did not provide accurate paperwork for deliveries and caused our driver to be held up over 3.5 hours of detention and when we inquired about detention his response was "It depends" and never answered anymore about it when asked repeatedly for compensation. Very unprofessional remarks on our email chain and contacting corporate on this rep.

We booked a partial load with John Bowen that was to pick up the next day. A few minutes after booking the load, our other large partial was pushed back a few days by another broker. We let John Bowen know immediately that we would not be able to take his load because of the issue with the other load. He totally overreacted seeing as we had just booked the load and also the shipment was to pick up the next day so he had plenty of time to recover the shipment. He also said he would remove us as a carrier from their system so we could not work with them again. It is always fascinating to watch a broker when we as a carrier tell them we cannot do a load. Brokers cancel loads on us carriers all the time, and we are supposed to be fine with it. But, when we cancel on them (10 minutes after booking), it is the end of the world. John Bowen is unprofessional. Do not do business with this guy who obviously has no idea how this business works.

I tried to call in and get help, the operator kept hanging up on me, and then I changed my touch tone selection the next time I called, and a woman named Carol hung up on me. Susan was also disrespectful by hanging up several times, and then just answering and putting me on hold.

Great service, always on top of communications with constant updates along the way, and excellent competitive pricing. Definitely my go-to company for trucking services!

I have just recently started working with Amstan and have been thrilled with their services thus far. My questions have all been immediately answered and all of my needs met. Everyone has been extremely easy and enjoyable to work with. In addition Angel Bailey is the bomb!
